Just this morning me and my good friend Josh were discussing the different types of nutrition strategies we’ve been using along with our current goals, which got me a bit curious about what it is that YOU’RE currently doing.
Are you looking to gain muscle, lose fat, both?

I like 16-week goals because it’s the perfect time frame to really make DRASTIC changes to your body and the way you look—aim high, and let me know your 16 week goal in the comments section below.

I’m a 44 year old male … 5’9″ weighing right around 150 lbs. I’m currently at ~13-14% body fat. I’m doing the P90X/Insanity hybrid right now. I’m looking to gain some more muscle and get my body fat down to around 10% or less.
My goal at this time is simply to get motivated. This has been a big problem with me lately. I need to lose at least 10 pounds to start. Due to my age, (in my 60’s) it is very difficult for me to lose any weight. I know that if I would work out regularly, this would help immensely!

My goal is to lose overall 45 pounds. but I want to participate in a amateur body building competition next Summer so I need my body fat to be at least 15-18%. I am 5’8″ and weigh 185 lbs. Also, I want increase my leg press to 160 from 110 lbs, push up and plank.

121 days to my wedding!!! My goal is to repeat the fall drop in weight – I drooped 8 lbs in 2 mos. 150 to 142 and then 7lbs the following 2 mos. I know I can do it. I did it once. I realized the gain for the 150 lbs I weighed to day was all the partying for the engagement.. etc. Long and short goal is 135 by 11/11/11. Drop 15 lbs in 4 mos. I plan to plan and prep ahead. Exercise as I do 6-7 days a week 2 x day on 5 -6 days. I have a half ironman on 10/16/11 and many goals and smaller events to jolt me into the action alongt the way. YIPPEE!!! I cant wait to put my lucky jeans on for the 11/9/11 tent putting up party/ hoe down!
I am 5’11” tall and weigh 154 lbs. I am in good physical condition and I work with a trainer 4 days a week, do core work the other three. I am very pleased with the cuts in my shoulders and legs. I still am not totally pleased with my lower abs. I have a four pack. My goal is to get a six pack before October 1.
Over the next 16 weeks I plan on putting at least ten pounds of solid muscle before trying to get ripped up next spring. I currently weigh 150lbs and would love to make enough progress to weigh 160lbs or more after I cut a little fat next spring

Im getting in great shape and want to loose another 5 to 10 lbs. I work out twice a day early in the morning and then again with my wife after work. Im hopping to get down those extra few pounds since I have already lost over 15lbs and should be able to drop the extra over the next few weeks . Diet and exercise work best there is no magic pill so dont buy into them.

I am 67, 5′ 6″(getting shorter each year) and weight 210. I run, walk and workout 2 to 3 times a week. I am on my 4th day of the extremefatloss program. I feel good and hope to lose 30lbs over the next 16 weeks. The diet part is easy so far but I am having some logistical difficult incorporating some of the exercise routines. Of course I want to recover some of my youth! Ha!

My goal is to drop from 103kg to about 75kg, am 54 years old and have always been sturdy but a few months ago I changed my diabetes 2 treatment from tablets to injections and I shot up to about 103kg from 90kg in about 2 months.
I then reduced my own injections and the weight has stabilized at 103 and won’t budge.
Any ideas?
I want my stomach muscle to be notice and lose all the skin in that area, i’m 20 and weight 122
