What Are YOUR Goals?

Posted by Joel Marion

At random, Dan and I are going to GIVE AWAY 16-weeks of personal TWO-on-1 coaching to someone who leaves a comment below on this blog post.  All you need to do is read below and reply with your 16-week goal to be eligible.

This is WAY over $2000 value and you’re going to get your own personal nutrition coach AND your own trainer and life coach…100% FREE if you win.

Read below and respond in the comment section.

Just this morning me and my good friend Josh were discussing the different types of nutrition strategies we’ve been using along with our current goals, which got me a bit curious about what it is that YOU’RE currently doing.

Are you looking to gain muscle, lose fat, both?

What are your specific goals for the next 16 weeks? How many pounds do you want to lose (or gain) in that time?

I like 16-week goals because it’s the perfect time frame to really make DRASTIC changes to your body and the way you look—aim high, and let me know your 16 week goal in the comments section below.

Then, print off this post (along with your response), and I want you to use it as a source of accountability. Here at Body Transformation Insider, we’re not just about setting goals, we’re ALL about achieving them.  Or as my buddy Dan Long says, “We don’t hit goals, we SHATTER goals!”

Many of you are going to achieve some awesome things in the next 16 weeks—start today by posting your goal below.

(and if you can’t even *post* your goal, you might as well forget about achieving it…now is the time to step up and make it happen—together, as a community)

Talk to you in the comments section!

Joel

P.S. Get your 16-week goal in writing! Believe me, responding below is going to be HUGE for your accountability (and ultimately, your success).

I am setting my goal to lose 50 lbs. I have been taking all the advice from your newsletters and videos. I have lost 11 lbs since starting about 5 weeks ago. This is great for me considering that before my hystorectomy in 2006 I never had to try so hard to keep in shape. However since that time I have had struggles with weight gain. Just changing the foods I eat has helped. If I could buy the package or other products I am sure I would see even better results.

I am 60 and want to lose 40 pounds, and lose about 8 inches from my middle.
I am strong and fit, but too darn big.

My goal is to loose 25 lbs, while building lean muscle and dropping both my bad cholesterol an blood sugars so I can live long enough to see my 3 grand children grow into fine adults with a family of their own.

I would like to achieve the 25 pound weight loss promised (guaranteed) by your Xtreme Fat Loss Diet. I lost 12 pounds and I look noticeably better (more muscle, less fat), but I did not achieve the total I was seeking. I am 62 years old, 5’11 and have been carrying this excess weight for too long. I always plateau at 200-205. With your program, I made it to an exciting 192, however, have since put back 8 pounds. Crazy.

Hi, I weigh 222 lbs. And am 5’3″. I want to be 125-130 weight range. In 16 weeks, I would like to lose at least 40 pounds. The only problem is that I am a vegetarian. So getting protien is hard to do. On top of that, I am Indian and my lol makes only desi food, which I’m not sure is good to eat if you’re on a.diet.

Hey Joel, thanks for all the support. I want to lose 10 to 15% bf. I’ve gained it in the middle and need to lose and tone. I want to get back to a size 12 which is my goal so any help and suggestions are most appreciated.

I’ve already begun a program and have lost 8lbs and 2 inches off my waist. I’m 5’1″ and 147lbs. My ultimate goal is to see my ab muscles, but for now just getting myself motivated to workout everyday are my mini challenges. I’m also trying to rid myself of my sugar addiction which I have been relatively successful at doing by eating fruits instead of candy.
Thanks for your continued optimism and support Joel. Much appreciated :-)

Hi Joel
Im 180 cm and 83 kg and still have same fat to burn, mostly abs fat. I’m 47 and ‘d like to achieve 75 kg with more muscle. I use to do some core functional exercise, but i feel something is missing to get there. My diet is ok with fruits and protein during week days but in the weekend I got too much carbs and some alcohol.

To be the best I can be……. To achieve strength, fat loss and improve my sprints on the bike. To fit into my denim skirt once again!! To get my body back, self confidence, to learn and try new and different ways of training. To be looking like a lean, mean athletic machine by Oct… to reach my goal and then raise the bar!! To never give up!!!!! To achieve balance in life!

I’m getting on the scale today and then not going near it for 16 weeks. I need to loose around 75 pounds. Doctor’s orders. So here we go. Thanks for the kick in the ass, Joel.

I am 26, 170cm and weigh 87kg. Recently put on a few kg after quitting smoking and I’ve had enough of dabbling in exercise and am now determined to overhaul my health completely. My goal is to lose an average of 1.25kg per week (2.75lb) to lose a total 20kg in 16 weeks. This will bring me back to my ‘normal’ weight which I was at for years. My ultimate goal is to reach about 60kg (132) or ideally, about 20% body fat – whatever comes first/is healthier/feels good

Hi Joel, Im 19 years old, 5ft11 and 190 pounds. My body fat percentage is roughly 15 % i would like to drop that down to 10% and gain some lean muscle. I also want to be able to get a six pack again, and finally see them lower abs.

I am 19 years old. I am 210lbs, with 19.3% body fat. I have mass, but I would like to get down to 200lbs, with 10% body fat. I also want to get my bench press from 260 to 300lbs.

I want to lose 20 lbs of fat and build muscle. I am shrinking already in all the right places. I am losing belly fat which was my biggest issue. I already feel better and have a healthier look to my skin. I am 56 years old. 66.5 inches tall. I do not care what the weight number is but I want a firm muscular form that looks good in my clothes and I want to be healthy. The extra benefit so far is that my blood pressure has dropped by 30 on both top and bottom.

Hi
My goal is to decrease my body fat from 30% to 24% & to increase my lean body mass.

My 16 week goal is to lose 20 pounds by cleaning up my diet and following an exercise plan and focusing on achieving this goal.

My goal is to tone my thighs and feel strong, flexible and able to do any kind of sport or activity. I am 165 cm and 57kg. I will weight 55 kg with slender but powerful thighs. I like the Anything Goes Diet which allows me a day of fasting a week. I like raw food with a small amount animal protein, mostly fish or chicken.
I am also doing the Shapeshifter interval training program (now on week 3)— this is great!

I am 53, 5″10 and 190 lbs. Thanks to websites like this I have lost 25 pounds in the last year and am eating with more thought (healthy) than I ever have. I have started running, still a long way to go.
My goal is to run in a 5 K sometime this summer

My 16 week goal is to lose 20 pounds minimum. I will accomplish this by cleaning up my diet and following an exercise plan and focusing on achieving this goal rather then all the other mundane day to day things in life. I will make myself a priority.
