Just this morning me and my good friend Josh were discussing the different types of nutrition strategies we’ve been using along with our current goals, which got me a bit curious about what it is that YOU’RE currently doing.

I like 16-week goals because it’s the perfect time frame to really make DRASTIC changes to your body and the way you look—aim high, and let me know your 16 week goal in the comments section below.

I am glad you are asking this. I am currently 90 Kgs and would like to lose 30 kgs of fat. My mum died because of diabetic complications and I would not like to get diabetes. So, in the next 16 weeks, I’m gonna achieve my goal.
I would like to lose around 20lbs in the next 16 weeks. I am on cycle 4 of the XFLD diet (I do not have the body strength or stamina to do the exercises, although I do exercises every day but not the recommended ones) and have lost 11lbs in 3 cycles. I have the follow up “Cheat Your Way Thin” programme so will continue with this.
With apologies. I am unable to commit at the moment, (surviving on what’s in the cupboard all tinned or processed) Don’t have internet except for at work and a lot of it is blocked too. Am doing downloads as quick as I can and will get to them when power is restored at home. Please excuse me.

HI, Im 25 years old, 170cm height and 70Kg weigh.
I do regular workout at gym and keep myself in a good shape, but what really bothers me is I haven’t been able to build my abs, well they sort of are there and I can feel it, but there is a layer of fat that wont let them show.
What can I do?

Hi there. My goal is to prove (to myself and the others) that I can be, feel and look as fit as when I was 25. That’s why I’ve purchased your 1000 cal challenge and have been following it for about a month now. I have always been in good shape and don’t have much to lose (just a couple of inches here and there), but I am already getting close to being leaner, stronger and fitter than ever before, and I still have 4 more weeks to go. :) So, I guess I am not very far from accomplishing my goal.. :)

I’ve lost quite a bit over the last year, but through diet alone. So, I’ve been left looking a bit flabby. My goal is to look good naked!!!!!
To drop bf from 19-15%.
I turn 40 soon & will not be content to carry this excess weight anymore. I will lose fat & feel better for my young family. In 16 weeks I hope to lose 10kg. And then I will continue to do more after that.

I am 5 feet 2 to 4 inches (depends on how straight I can stand that day) and currently about 138 pounds. My 16 week goal is to lose 10 more pounds of fat, then start gaining strength. My weight goal is 128, my strength goal is 24 full push-ups and being able to run 3 miles in 25 minutes.
My goal is to lose at least 7 kilos. I am 5’3″ and although I am quite fit, I still weigh about 70 kg.

I am 46 years old. My height is 162 cm and I weigh 68 kg. I think most of my weight is fat, so I would love to lose fat and gain muscle and I need to train to be more supple. I started with karate and would love to be good at it as well with muscle and suppleness.
16 weeks sound good to me.
I do not have a short term goal since I started training 3 month ago after a 30 year layup.
My longterm goal is however to break the veteran 100m worldrecord next summer. I have to run the time of 11.78 for 60 year olds.

I am 57 I gave up smoking 3 years ago my thyroid stop working and I when from 90 Kgs to 145 Kgs in two months . The Dr put me on medication and that fixed the problems. Eating sensibley I dropped to 125 in five months. Then I plataued so I joined the local Gym. How with the fatloss program I now on 100 kgs and by December I will down to 80 Kgs.
