Just this morning me and my good friend Josh were discussing the different types of nutrition strategies we’ve been using along with our current goals, which got me a bit curious about what it is that YOU’RE currently doing.

I like 16-week goals because it’s the perfect time frame to really make DRASTIC changes to your body and the way you look—aim high, and let me know your 16 week goal in the comments section below.

I am busy with metabolic resistance training at the moment and getting some excellent results! Using this method you build muscle and burn fat at the same time! You have no rests between sets and just move as quickly as you can between multiple exercises! Certain days upper body, other days lower body and others core and body weight exercises!! Try it, it works!!

In next few weeks my goal is to learn how to stick to the perscribed plan and how to eat more often in smaller portions, because I always used to eat very irregularly, maybe twice a day without breakfast (since I was a child), then I stuffed myself. Then I need to learn how to move more, because I have a sedentary job and my hobbies also aren’t physically challenging.
But if you want some numbers, I’m 184cm tall and weight 117kg and I’d like to loose as much bodyfat as possible to look and feel healthier, building up some lean muscle would be nice …

My goal for the next 16 weeks is to figure out the cause for the emotional eating and why my body does not want to lose weight when it reaches certain points (which changing diet does not seem to reset despite all efforts and strict compliance and what would be considered an incredibly healthy diet).
I am 5ft 5inches and 35yrs old female with weight around 82kgs. I became hypothyroid after delievering my son by caesarian around 4 yrs back and gained a lot of weight. With alot of work out sessions and diet management i managed loose around 6-7 kgs in last 2 yrs. Yes pretty slow…..
If I can I would love to loose atleast 10kgs in next 16 weeks. I go to gym 5 days a week with session of around 1 hr each day. This regime I am following for last 4 weeks , could manage to loose just around 1 kg.
I am 56 I live in the UK so weather not as good as in US as far as exercising outdoors goes but I will give it my best shot. I would like to lose at least 20lb of fat in the next 16 weeks so that I feel a bit fitter and healthier. I have Arthritis of the spine which hinders me somewhat but hey…I will keep trying

I’m 64, 5’7″, with a round tummy and a number of health problems including heart and lungs. I started Joel’s Cheat Your Way Thin diet 8 days ago weighing 89Kg. My goal is to drop 12-15Kg and lose the roundy! In week 1 I lost 2Kgs while eating away.
I am currently 28, years old and 6’0 239lb. Bf% -12.6% My goal over the next 16wks is to lose 9.8lb of body fat and get down to a solid 229lb with Bf% of 8.5%. If I lose a few lb of muscle along the way and end up around 225lb. That is fine also. I am currently in very good shape but want those abs I have been feigning for and haven’t seen since I was 19.
I will be ready to compete in a fitness-model competition here in my home-country. that means I need ti shed about 6-9% bodyfat and loose the least amount of muscle possible whie cutting :)

i am iwan, i am 5`10 with a weight of 186 Lbs and 11.5% BF and lowering as we speak. i am 39 years old and my goal is to get to 6% BF at least…but no less than 4%, that is enough. also i want to gain 15 Lbs of muscle or more and doing so build a massive back and nice defined schoulders. my main goal is overall health and good physical condition, which is important to me because of my form of asthma and if i didn’t have that it would also be important to me. since i want to become a daddy once again next year i want to be super fit when he (or she) is growing up, so i can play with him without getting tired very quick and being an example of health and fitness that hopefully wil rub off on him. for the rest my short term goal is getting to 8% BF by next month, so i look sharp for my wedding!
I am 65 and just had a hip replacement, which is healing very well. My other hip is also arthritic, so that curtails what exercise I can do. My main goal in the next 16 weeks is to lose 20 pounds, which would bring me back to my pre-childbearing weight.
The main component of weight loss for me has to be dietary. I really appreciate your research into the hormonal components of weight loss, and have been using your principles for some time.

I just started on your XFLS last week- into Day 6 of the cycle today.
Goals:
( For current 25 day cycle of XFLS)
Lose 10 lbs of fat
(Ultimate- after a few cycles of XFLS)
get down to low teen to single digit body fat
six pack abs
sub 50 minute 10km
At the moment 92kg, 28% body fat. waist girth 40 inches.
Ultimate target <80kg, <10- 13/14% body fat, waist girth 32-33 inches, six pack!
Would love to be able to submit worthy before and after pics..
At the moment, quite challenging to follow the XFLS- I've fallen sick just 6 days in! Probably due to lack of sleep, and my 12 hour, 5-a-week workdays, and 200-400km weekend commute to see kids. (I'm a GP working away from my kids)
You (and Mike Geary and John Romaniello) are my heroes- look forward to sharing a success story.

I’m 5’10 175 lbs and about 16%bf.
In 16 weeks I want to burn 7% bf and build lean muscle keeping me within 5 lbs of my current weight.
5’10” currently 202 pounds my goal in the next 16 weeks is to get down to 168 pounds – so a 34 pound loss. Its gonna be tough but looking forward to the challenge.
