I will be losing 30 lbs in the next 16 weeks by using Prograde products and CYWT diet and 1000 Calorie Challenge workouts. My goals are as follows,
1. Be Healthy
2. Feel right in my body
3. Lose fat gain lean muscle
4. Be totally fit
5. Increase Energy
6. Enjoy life
7. Become an inspiration for others, possibly public speaking
8. Look good ( maybe week 16 to 32 my goal will be to look great).

Just this morning me and my good friend Josh were discussing the different types of nutrition strategies we’ve been using along with our current goals, which got me a bit curious about what it is that YOU’RE currently doing.

I like 16-week goals because it’s the perfect time frame to really make DRASTIC changes to your body and the way you look—aim high, and let me know your 16 week goal in the comments section below.

hi there i weigh about 250 kgs an i want to loose weight,my goal is to loose 130 kgs in two years.
I plan to reach a workable exercise point, eat on time instead of reaching starvation because I am juggling so much and drop another 20 pounds, have lost 28 already. The scheduling is my biggest problem.
I am 39, weigh 146 lbs. I am 5′ 4 1/2″. My current pant size is 8. I have 7 children. My oldest will be 18 in January and my baby is 15 months. After my 5th child, I lost 35 lbs. went from a size 14 pant size to a 3/4, and got pretty toned and in good shape. Then 7 years later and another marraige later, I had 2 more children with my current husband. And of course through pregnacy gained more weight. I would like to get back down to 130 lbs or maybe even 125. Get back in to my skinny jeans, and tone back up. Still working hard towards my goal, hope to get there soon.
I am willing looking forward to long term improvement and am not looking for a quick fix. Quick fixes have never worked for very long in the past
I will lose 30 pounds of fat in this timeframe (by 4.8.11), and an additional 20 by summer.
my ultimate goal is to loose 100 lbs and tone an tighten everything. I know that is not something I should try to cram in a 16 week period but as much as I can do in 16 weeks is what I want. I am going to aim for 40 lbs in 16 weeks. Even if 40 lbs does not happen at least 7 1/2 inches off my waist and hips and 4 1/2 inches off my arms and 6 1/2 inches off my legs. I started a workout schedule and want to keep it up 5 days a week M, T, Th, F, and Sa. I would also like to reduce my fast food intake.
I am 34 and in pretty good shape but want to ramp it up. I want to get in the best shape I have ever been in and stay there. I want to firm up my tummy and lose and inch around my waist.

I had gastric sleeve surgery on October 5, 2010. I’ve lost 50 pounds in 2 months. In the next 16 weeks, I’d like to lose about 35 more and tone up my entire body.

hello, I’m a almost 46 year old mum of 3, and gave up smoking
in July, hence the weight gain..which I’m not happy about !
My family were on my back for a long time to put on weight, but
now that I have I’m just not happy…so my goal is to lose the
weight I’ve gained, but hopefully look a little healthier so the
family dont harrass me again !! I’ve gained 13kg in the last 5
months…..am 5’4″ and 73kg, I WILL be going back down to 60kg
