Having already lost 33 pounds, I want to lose at least 25 more pounds of fat in the next 16 weeks. My challenge is that I want to tone up as well. However, my lower body will be difficult, as I have almost zero cartilage in my knees, and cannot twist them either. So, I need to find something to break through that barrier! Thanx, for such a great and realistic website Joel!
If you dont have goals how can you measure your progress and know that your on track and making improvements. I beleive in taking the steps you need to improve your quality of my life. I dont have a formal written down in concrete plan, but I do track progress and have my internal goal.
My goal is to lose at least 10 of the 30kg that have to go!

I am female, 183 cm, and approx 70-71 kg. My goal is to strengthen/build muscle, and reduce some fat. More importantly, I would like to get into an exercise regime where I enjoy training and make it part of my day, instead of always dreading it or postponing it.
I am 175cm long and my weight is 60.5kg. For me that is fine but i want to loos more body fat %. I started to work out with weights 4 weeks a go and lost a total of 3.5% body fat. I know i must change my exercise program now but i don’t no what to do.
My goal in the next 16 weeks is to get below 10% body fat and drop my bodyweight accordingly.
Im 30 years old have two kids. I am 1.7m tall and weigh 98kg. My goal is to reach 60kg by this time next year and keep it off. I also want to get in shape and stay in shape, this may seem obvious from above but it feels like I need to say it. I want to be around to see my kids grow up.
My aim is to loose 30kgs in those 16 weeks…. Sounds impossible, heh? But I have to lose that weight if I want to live long enough…
I’m 61 years old and need to lose about 40 pounds to start with, but over the next 16 weeks I plan to lose 16 of those. Building some muscle would be nice, too.
Male, 26 yo, 179cm, 86kg. My plan for the next 16 weeks is to drop another 5-6 kilos and build more muscles.
I am 48 now, I started my own program, cut fried foods and cheese and beer thanks giving 2009 when I scared myself looking @ new photo ID on my drivers license having just moved. I peaked @ 325 lbs that day. BP 190/120. All the numbers were screwed up. I dont any pills, and so made a lot of changes. Last night I was 225 down from 52 to 36 pants size. Have already invested in new wardrobe of clothers, doing HIIT @ LA fitness, stuck with simple non processed foods for over a year. 30 minutes cardio plus 15 minutes HIIT nautlus machines 3-5 times a week, seems to be working. I also peak my caloric intake sometimes to try and burn off some of the left over stubborn fat. My BP is in range 119/78, all the other numbers are normal as well. Ultimately I have not spoken to any one about my goals, but I do know that I used to be 178 lbs, @ 6 ft 1, with 12% BF @ age of 29. Thats a good place to aim @ Im still in the 29% BF @ 225 lbs. Defintely some muscle definition is visible these days, so my wife is impressed.
I want to lose 7kg of fat to get to where I want to be, while maintaining my muscle! I know this is do-able in 16 weeks!!
I am 168cm tall, weigh 77kg and have a 20% body fat. I currently trai 4-5 days a week of weight training… My 16 week goal: To Weigh 80Kg with 9% body fat…..
I’d like to lose 6% body fat. In order to do this I’ll need to get my digestion working properly. My strategy is in place. Cheat your way thin and Work hard, play hard workouts together with a range of supplements to ensure I do digest. But my body is still recovering for a nasty virus that has affected all my organs. So, I need to be consistent despite the lack of results, when my body has recovered I’ll get them (although, I am firming up nicely).

Hi Joel
I’m in a quandary, I have lost the weight, (over 42kg’s) but am now left with a load of flab (loose skin) and hanging droopy boobs. What I need is some help to find out if I can tone this up still or am I destined for the knife. If this is something that can be fixed by exercise then I would love to know. I use my Wii Fit everyday mixing the Yoga & Muscle exercises, hoping this works. When I measure my fat content I still show I am obese, how can this be… I am 170cm tall and weigh 62.8kgs with a BMI of 20.84. I am sure I shouldn’t be losing more than 5kg’s at least…
I am 44 years old. My height is 162 cm and I weigh 77 kgs. I want to reduce my weight till about 65 kg. I started at 95 kgs, so I am on my way! I have been treated for severe breast cancer, and because of that my body has been totally out of shape. I startet training and trying to watch my eating almost two years ago, and I have changed. Before cancer I never trained, never. Now I do work outs at least 3 times a week! And my overeating and comforting eating is almost gone. But the kilos are glued to my body. I mean it, really really glued! But almost 20 kilos are gone. I like that!
16 weeks goal:

My goal is to be able to do one chin up. It is a lofty goal regardless of what it sounds like. It involves continuing to scale my weight back and to develop muscles that have gone by the wayside over the years.
