What Are YOUR Goals?

Posted by Joel Marion

At random, Dan and I are going to GIVE AWAY 16-weeks of personal TWO-on-1 coaching to someone who leaves a comment below on this blog post.  All you need to do is read below and reply with your 16-week goal to be eligible.

This is WAY over $2000 value and you’re going to get your own personal nutrition coach AND your own trainer and life coach…100% FREE if you win.

Read below and respond in the comment section.

Just this morning me and my good friend Josh were discussing the different types of nutrition strategies we’ve been using along with our current goals, which got me a bit curious about what it is that YOU’RE currently doing.

Are you looking to gain muscle, lose fat, both?

What are your specific goals for the next 16 weeks? How many pounds do you want to lose (or gain) in that time?

I like 16-week goals because it’s the perfect time frame to really make DRASTIC changes to your body and the way you look—aim high, and let me know your 16 week goal in the comments section below.

Then, print off this post (along with your response), and I want you to use it as a source of accountability. Here at Body Transformation Insider, we’re not just about setting goals, we’re ALL about achieving them.  Or as my buddy Dan Long says, “We don’t hit goals, we SHATTER goals!”

Many of you are going to achieve some awesome things in the next 16 weeks—start today by posting your goal below.

(and if you can’t even *post* your goal, you might as well forget about achieving it…now is the time to step up and make it happen—together, as a community)

Talk to you in the comments section!

Joel

P.S. Get your 16-week goal in writing! Believe me, responding below is going to be HUGE for your accountability (and ultimately, your success).

I am 155/6 cm and weigh 58 kg. I want to lose 7 or 8 kg. I was down there four years ago and kept it off for much too short a time (less than six months). I want to tone up, especially in the abdominal area as well as thighs and tush. I mostly want to feel in control and live and eat in a way that will allow me to meet my goal. Just went through changing my closet from winter and summer and kept too many too small summer clothes up in the closet, however they are easily within reach when I reach my goal.

I’m 5 foot 3 and weigh 57kg…my goal is to lose 5 to 7 kg. I’m already watching what I eat but I really need to start doing some excercise (at the moment I don’t do any!!) and get myself fit and toned. I’d like to have a flat tummy and thinner thighs. I’d like to achieve my goal in less than 16 weeks!!

I am almost 50 and overweight by at least 70 to 100 lbs. My goal would be to go down 3 to 4 dress sizes. Attain a healthier eating regime and exercise routine I can successfully do for the rest of my life. I need to overcome the challenges of an under-active thyroid. It is time for a healthy lifestyle change.

I am 52,unfit, 30kgs overweight and flabby. I am going to be a granny in August and I want this grandchild ( and the rest of the family) to be proud of me. We are going into winter here in South Africa so this will give me time to lose it and tone it , so that I can wear a bikini next summer season!!!

I just turned 39 years old and I am in the best shape of my life. But I could be better. I am around 195 with 19% BF. IN 4 months time I will be 12-15 % BF and be 175 – 180 lbs. That’s it. No more BS. It’s time to go Let’s Roll.

A goal within 16 weeks is to gain muscle mass and lose belly fat! A simple goal yet much work is needed to obtain.

My goal is to reduce my body fat to a healthy BMI. I have already lost 10 lbs and 15 inches with the Xtreme Fat loss diet, but still have about 15 lbs to go according to the BMI index.

Hi everyone my goal is 17 kilos. I hope i will get my 50 kilos.
Could someone help me and answer on my question……, please!!! Soon i’ll get to my second circle. So, do i have to count my body fat percentage, protein, fat , carbohydrate intake all over again?
I am getting smaller :) so i suggest i have to recount everything again (,each cycle). Please answer soon, i am really confused.
Thanks in advance,
Best regards.

Hey, Joel–I’ve been consistently working out since 2006 with little success in fat burning around my middle and frustration with a dr. that would like me to take cholesterol drugs instead of becoming healthier. My goal is to lose 20-25 pounds and have my doctor’s jaw drop with a new me.

Hi Joel,
I currently weigh 266lbs or 120kgs or 19st depending on how you want to look at it. I am 6′ 1″ so I need to get down to my ideal weight of 196lbs (89kgs or 14st). Ideally I would like to get a good start in 16 weeks and lose 25-28lbs as that would get me over the barrier to apporaching some serious health gains. I have lost 21 lbs already in March/April but I have plateaued now for the last 2 months on 266lbs. I need to kick on and get some more off. I would like to reach my ideal weight of 196lbs for Christmas this year. I am trying to follow your Fat Loss program but I can’t get the prograde supplements and vitamins from the States so I am wondering what you can advise for someone living in Ireland. Many thanks for your continued support.

My immediate, and most pressing goal is to get started on Joel’s program. In order to do this, I will have to deal with house guests, neighbourhood parties, community functions and other social events where good food and drink (and Lifestyle) feature prominently.
