I am a 59 year old female and my goals are to lose another 12 pounds and develope some more muscle. I weigh 132 and I want to get down to 120. I started out at 153 and just by watching the sugars, not just the obvious ones but also the hidden ones in foods I lost 21 pounds so far. I have not been exercising and I would like to get firm and toned. I Bought your Cheat Your Way Thin and the Xtreme Fat Loss program. I believe I can acheive my goals and get int the best shape of my life through your programs. Thank You so much for helping me lose those 21 pounds so far.
A 16 week goal huh… At 6’2″, 185 lbs and about 10% BF I’m not fat or overweight by any means, but cannot seem to shed that little belly fat around my navel and lower back. I’m never trying to loose weight, actually gaining is my goal, but I’ve got to figure something out for this stubborn area.
I am 67 years old, and my goal over the next 16 weeks is to increase my LBM by 3-5% while decreasing waist size. I am currently 180 lbs at 5’11” and have been seriously training for about 5 years.
i used to be in great shape… but i got busy and let this priority slip down on the list.
no more excuses.
i want to gain flexibility, energy, lose fat and become proud of making the time for myself again.

My long-term goal would be to retain/tone muscle and to lose 75 lbs of fat that has not budged since my husband became terminally ill almost 9 yrs ago. I am hoping to do much of this within the 16 weeks by switching between the 25-day program and the regular Cheat to Lose one. I have always been strong and muscular for a woman – thanks to 4 brothers and lots of farming chores). Just got all my products and info, so here goes!
I have tried many programs, only to lose 5-8 lbs and then nothing more because my system seems to “catch on” and prevent further weight loss due to the stressful roller-coaster I am on (extremely discouraging). I hope that the “rotating” will keep my system from repeating this cycle…
i just turned 67 and want to “AGAIN” take off 30-40 lbs and lose fat and build muscle. I just spent a year losing the weight and was just where I wanted to be and then I Blew It because I was having financial problems. I’m currently trying to get my head on straight and get rid of the messages in my brain that work against me losing weight and maintaining it. I want to feel healthy again and get off my blood pressure, cholesterol, pre-diabetes meds which I know aren’t really good for me. I have a new granddaughter and I want to be around to see her grow up. Currently I am 196 lbs.
hi. i would like to lose about thirty pounds in sixteen weeks. i need to change my eating habits and get to a reasonable body fat percentage. thats more important than actual weight for me.
My goal is to finally cut down my body fat enough to have a six-pack.
I am on day 3 of the xtreme weight loss program. For me, just following the diet to the tee is my first goal for the first cycle. Then, when my energy is just a bit stronger (at least so I’m not dizzy) I will try some of the exercises. I have to look them up on youtube, but I am actually excited to give all of this a try. I know I am going to see some amazing results. My goal is that by cycle three to do it all, diet and exercises, and then just observe my improvements. I am significantly overweight, so I plan on doing this every other month till I get to my goal weight.
Hi, I am a 43 year old female. My wight is 72 kg and my height is 161 cm.
I want to loose weight and get back in shape. I also want to implement a regular exercise plan that works for me. Exercises involving heavy weight lifting are not suitable for me; due to some female specific medical conditions.
Considering my household, with three kids, a demanding job (I have a mega major deadline mid-July), and a very busy husband; I have no idea how to even start a program for myself and become the fit, toned and trimmed Mom I want to be. Please help!
ps. I also bought your “cheat your way thin” program , but didn’t get around to it :-(
Dear Joel,
As i have mentioned to you before,I am about 75yrs,1.79m and 85kg,which,I believe, makes me overweight but not obese. My intake is app.1500 cals and I expend about 1000cals and 70gms of fat daily by walking 1.7kms with strides of 38cms.My diet is simple, vegetarian and with a minimum of sugar, fat and starch,
and try to restrict drinking(3 smalls) on the weekends.I like some rice at lunch,
and like dessert after meals.

want to reduce weight to a healthy minimum.
Hello,
I currently weigh in at 145ish lbs and 10% body fat. My 16 weeks goal (4 months) is to gain at least 25 pounds of muscle and lose 2% or more of body fat which would put at about 167 lbs in the beginning of October. The real problem here is to keep eating a lot of clean calories and keep progressing in weights throughout those 4 months. Good luck to everyone else in their goals!
I’m 16 years old, I’m 6″2′ and i weigh about 130Kgs. i lost lots of weight (around 20 Kgs) and then gained back like 4 and i plan on reducing my body fat to under 10% and weighing about 100Kgs if not less, I plan on working with Arnel Ricafranca’s 16 week guide and hopefully I will lose the weight and not put it on in the future ;) WISH ME GOODLUCK!! :D
ops I meant 6’2″ hahaha
I’m a 40 y/o widow looking to get back in shape.. I’ve lost 17 lbs. so far and 19 lbs. of that was body fat. Woo hoo that means i gained a lil muscle. I want to lose 25 more lbs in 16 weeks and tone up my body..
My goal over the summer will be to get more muscle definition and reduce my bodyfat. I also have another goal; that I finally will be able to run from the parking area in the bottom of the local alpine sports centre, and all the way to the top without any pauses or other incidents on the way…
I am 22, 5’7” and about 140lbs. I don’t look bad, but I’m out to look hot. Best guess I need to lose 5-15lbs. to cut the fat, and keep my muscle, ideally I’d like to build some additional muscle.
In 16 weeks time, I am going to be able to fit into size 36 clothes comfortably, I am going to have “normalised” my blood sugar level count and I am going to have reduced my cholesterol level and liver problems. I am going to be strong and fit enough to crush my time on the 94.7 cycle race (do it in less than 4 hours).
@ Melissa:
Hey Melissa,
I’m a 38 yr old mom of two very busy boys (4yrs & 6 yrs). Also 5’7″ and slightly heavier at 213 lbs. (Believe it or not just lost 10lbs!) I thought I’d pass on some things that really help me keep my energy up: 1) WATER- sounds too simple but, drinking at least 8 – 250ml glasses of water will really help, and actually women our hieght and weight benifit even more from about 12 cups. 2) Get yourself a really good multivitamin not a cheap generic one. Amazing enough this will also help with any food cravings, especially junk food cravings becuase your body is geting the nutrients it needs. This helps even when eating a healthy diet. Also a good fish oil suppliment will help with mind clarity. 3) Be ruthless about getting enough sleep, even if it means going to bed a bit earlier than your used to. (this one I have a hard time with being a bit of a night owl) 4) Start your day with a proper breakfast and you’ll feel like a million bucks! I’m talking oatmeal, fruit, a bit of protein or an omelette with just a bit of cheese and a wack of veggies or even some cottage cheese with fruit, you get the idea. Try and stay away from processed food. Anyways I’m not claiming to be an expert but when I do those things I feel amazing. Before I started doing those things I could barely drag my butt off the couch I was so lathargic despite eating healthy. When I do these things it’s amazing how productive I am! So as a mom who feels your pain I wanted to share what’s worked for me! You go girl!
I will lose lose fat, gain muscle and be the hottest 42-year-old around!
I purchased Cheat Your Way Thin a long while back, but have not implemented it and have therefore seen no results. In the next 16 weeks, my goal is to lose 28 lb. of fat and to gain 8 lb. of muscle. A broken wrist, healing incorrectly, complicates things, as it makes many exercises off limits – almost any that put pressure or stress on that wrist.
I want to lose 20 pounds of fat in 16 weeks, increase strength in my core.
