What Are YOUR Goals?

Just this morning me and my good friend Josh were discussing the different types of nutrition strategies we’ve been using along with our current goals, which got me a bit curious about what it is that YOU’RE currently doing.

Are you looking to gain muscle, lose fat, both?

What are your specific goals for the next 16 weeks? How many pounds do you want to lose (or gain) in that time?

I like 16-week goals because it’s the perfect time frame to really make DRASTIC changes to your body and the way you look—aim high, and let me know your 16 week goal in the comments section below.

Then, print off this post (along with your response), and I want you to use it as a source of accountability. Here at Body Transformation Insider, we’re not just about setting goals, we’re ALL about achieving them.  Or as my buddy Dan Long says, “We don’t hit goals, we SHATTER goals!”

My goal is to get below 90kg, but I think that will take longer than 16 weeks. I am currently at 104kg. If I could get to 95 kg in 16 weeks that would be awesome.

I want to lose about 25lbs while lowering my bodyfat to about 20%. I also want to increase my muscle mass, upper body strength, and have much more muscle definition.

Hi, I am now 45 and have always tried to keep fit, but as you get older it is always harder!

Hi ..my goal is to loose 7kg, I am currently 61kg and have never been more then 54kg in my life until now. My goals… I haven’t truly exercised in about a month now, I need to find motivation to start working out again, go running in the mornings. Ultimately, I’d like to lose about 10-15 pounds of fat, and be overall leaner.

Hi Joel, thanx for all the encouragement and constant stream of gems. My goal is to ‘keep going’…ive lost 7kg over the last 16wks, and gained muscle for the first time in my life. I’m now at the point where I don’t look ‘too bad’, but have started to slip over the last fortnight & I really need to keep focussed on my goal of developing a pair of HOT LEGS..x

140 lbs now , My goal is to drop 5-6 lbs to help with (New York) Marathon Training. (less to carry around lol). Weight training and runs combined with healthy food choices will see a more scuplted body emerge. C

My ultimate goal is to lose excess body fat around my waistline, arms, and thighs so I can reveal the muscle I already have. In the last couple of years I have lost 40 pounds and now it seems like my body is stuck and comfortable at this weight……so time to kick it up a notch. Some of my goals are doing cardio in the morning before breakfast, doing strength training during the day, and more cardio in the evening, all while eating a nutritious diet.

i am praveen.. am 183cm tall weighing 118kgs… aim is to come down to 95kgs eventually but 15 weeks… wont mind coming down to 100kgs!
