What Are YOUR Goals?

Posted by Joel Marion

At random, Dan and I are going to GIVE AWAY 16-weeks of personal TWO-on-1 coaching to someone who leaves a comment below on this blog post.  All you need to do is read below and reply with your 16-week goal to be eligible.

This is WAY over $2000 value and you’re going to get your own personal nutrition coach AND your own trainer and life coach…100% FREE if you win.

Read below and respond in the comment section.

Just this morning me and my good friend Josh were discussing the different types of nutrition strategies we’ve been using along with our current goals, which got me a bit curious about what it is that YOU’RE currently doing.

Are you looking to gain muscle, lose fat, both?

What are your specific goals for the next 16 weeks? How many pounds do you want to lose (or gain) in that time?

I like 16-week goals because it’s the perfect time frame to really make DRASTIC changes to your body and the way you look—aim high, and let me know your 16 week goal in the comments section below.

Then, print off this post (along with your response), and I want you to use it as a source of accountability. Here at Body Transformation Insider, we’re not just about setting goals, we’re ALL about achieving them.  Or as my buddy Dan Long says, “We don’t hit goals, we SHATTER goals!”

Many of you are going to achieve some awesome things in the next 16 weeks—start today by posting your goal below.

(and if you can’t even *post* your goal, you might as well forget about achieving it…now is the time to step up and make it happen—together, as a community)

Talk to you in the comments section!

Joel

P.S. Get your 16-week goal in writing! Believe me, responding below is going to be HUGE for your accountability (and ultimately, your success).

I would like to trim my waist to a 26″, the hips will trim at the same time. I just won a membership for curves so I will put it to use. I have a family wedding in August to look good for and then convention in October.

I would love to lose 25 lbs of fat in the next 16 weeks. I’ve been trying to lose this same 25-30 lbs for years now, here’s hoping this summer is the turning point. :)

@ Adi:
I am similar to your situation. I will be 58 next week! I let myself get out of shape during law school and have never been able to lose the extra pounds. I have been running/walking 5Ks once or twice a week, and that keeps me motivated to stay in shape. I use weights and my stepper and I have a new upside down machine to loosen my spine, which has really helped me sleep better with less back pain. I want to lose at least 30# in the next 16 weeks. I promise to keep that goal in my mind at all times to help control my behavior. It is so not easy!

I have been gaining a couple pounds a year for as long as I can remember, but all of that is going to change right now. I will lose 40 pounds over the next 16 weeks and also commit to a sensible eating and exercise program that I can commit to.

I would really like to be 10 pounds lighter in 16 weeks!

Let’s see….16 weeks from now will be in August. GOALS: To be more tone and have another 25-45 fat pounds GONE. Consistency is one genetic trait I do not possess. I have fought with “consistent for a long period of time” all of my life (well, except for staying happily married).
Achieving these goals will be a consistency success (exercising and eating correctly) along with a body success.

I have been seeking a lean body for most of my life. Xtreme Fat Loss Diet has given me the knowledge to understand how I can get there, if I just keep working on it, and don’t give up. My goal is after I finish it the first time, to take a couple of weeks, and start it again to reach 10% Body Fat, and 190 lbs. That would be the best shape I’ve been in my whole life.

I will (not want) lose 25 lbs. And will be encouraged enough to lose 60 more pounds. I currently weigh 215lb and am 5’1 with a large frame for a short person.

Photo ready in 3 weeks @ 9% now, going good

I would like to get started on an exercise program. I need to lose 50 pounds.

I am 53 years old, 5’9″ and I weigh about 90 kg. In college I wore jeans with a 32″ waist; now I wear a 38″.

My goal is to get down to about 80 kg and bring my waist down a few sizes, though I think getting back to 32″ is unrealistic.

My goal is to lose 4 inches around my waist and 2 inches around my thighs and follow consistent, healthy eating habits.

I had surgery last year and gained some weight. My goal is to lose 20 to 30 lbs. and gain muscle as well. I’m hoping this program will help me reach my goal and help me make a change in my eating and exercise habits.

Mobility. As in, it would be nice to be able to walk more effectively. Since I don’t balance well, that’s a pretty huge thing for me. And getting into a consistent routine that will survive all the schedule changes I face constantly.

Joel, Like I said previously, I want to lose ANY amount of weight. As you must be aware, type 2 diabetes is running rampant – and I am one of the “fortunate” ones that uses insulin. All of the reports I have read indicate that using insulin causes weight GAIN — SO, what are those of us that are caught up in this mess supposed to do ??? It is VERY difficult for diabetics to lose weight… Will

My goal is to gain muscle, I have conquered the eating part, now I just want to show off some muscle. I run a small gym and obviously need to show people the results.
