Very tough given my occupation.(OTR Truck Driver) Staying steady at 205 over last couple of years, but feel my best at about 175-180 if I could see 185-190 in next 16 weeks I would consider that a successful start.

Just this morning me and my good friend Josh were discussing the different types of nutrition strategies we’ve been using along with our current goals, which got me a bit curious about what it is that YOU’RE currently doing.
Are you looking to gain muscle, lose fat, both?
What are your specific goals for the next 16 weeks? How many pounds do you want to lose (or gain) in that time?
I like 16-week goals because it’s the perfect time frame to really make DRASTIC changes to your body and the way you look—aim high, and let me know your 16 week goal in the comments section below.
Then, print off this post (along with your response), and I want you to use it as a source of accountability. Here at Body Transformation Insider, we’re not just about setting goals, we’re ALL about achieving them. Or as my buddy Dan Long says, “We don’t hit goals, we SHATTER goals!”
Many of you are going to achieve some awesome things in the next 16 weeks—start today by posting your goal below.
(and if you can’t even *post* your goal, you might as well forget about achieving it…now is the time to step up and make it happen—together, as a community)

Just finished the first 5 days on the XFL Diet and have lost 4lbs of weight. My goal is to lose 20 lbs and finally to get in good physical shape. Excellent programme Joel!
My goal it to loose the weight to get to 185lbs but September, I am currently loosing between 2 and 3 lbs a week. and I am 208 lbs. I also am trying to build lean muscle at the same time.
I want to schedule time to work out each day. I am always pressed for time and working out is hard to get in. So If I schedule 30 min of good intense excercise, I hope to have 10 lbs of fat gone by the end of 16 weeks. I plan to have kicked my sugar habit at the end of the 16 weeks also. Sugar is like a drug for me. That “drug” is destroying me.
want to drop from 85kg to about 78kg and lose about 10 % body fat
My goal is to get down to 9% body fat (currently about 13%), whatever that weight might be — probably about 20lbs less. BUT . . . I also don’t want to look scrawny, which is what happened the last time I got close to goal; ‘need to do some sculpting, especially to balance out my thinner upper body relative to very stocky legs.
85kg down to about 78kg and lose 10 % body fat
Hi,
I currently weigh 90 kg and an 174cm tall, and I want to decrease my weight to
75 kg and then start gaing some muscle, I want to achieve this during the summer
Or the next 16 weeks so that I can go back to my last year of high school with the
Best possible body I can have
Hey Joel, for my goals this next 16 weeks I really want to lose fat, tone up and add some density to my muscle structure. I’m currently saving up to do the extreme fat loss diet that I purchased from you and really excited to start the final push towards physical excellence! Currently I’m 6’1″ and 205lbs and aiming for about 180lbs and 8-10% BF. Keep up the great work everyone!
Thanks
My goal is to lose 20 lbs by August 15th! I’ve already lost arounf 5. I would also like to be able to control my anxiety and emotional/stresed out eating. The biggest goal of why I want to lose 15 lbs is because I want to feel good in my clothes that I wear everyday and especially feel good walking on the beach in my bikini!
I’m down to my last 8 lbs to lose. As a petite woman, this is really tough! So I decided to really buckle down and get the XFLD. Today is my 2nd fast day (2nd cycle). Not so horrible as I feared. :) Trying to get enough cardio in is exhausting. But I’ve been motivated to try a boxing class. Went to my 3rd class today. My goal is to get a close as I can to a six-pack and look drop dead gorgeous for my 40th birthday in 6 months.
Ok because of health reasons I can’t totally do the program but I have started with what I can do: I’ve implemented exercises I can do with an exercise ball and stretch bands as well as some very simple basic yoga positions. I’ve upped or introduced cinnamon, apple cidar vinegar, lemon and cayannane pepper into my diet. As of yesterday I started doing 30 seconds or more of cold water on my chest, upper back, neck and head at the end of my shower— don’t know if that works yet but it sure does refresh you! I’ve added a cheat day every 5th day and while I still can’t eat a lot of sugary stuff it sure is nice to have a sweet potatoe or even a red potatoe steamed with olive oil and vinegar and some dill every now and then. And Ezekial bread!
So I’m going to shoot for 30 lbs in the next 16 weeks. If that flies then I’ll go for another 20.
My goal is to sculpt my body where I am not ashamed to shed the t-shirt! I would say that I’d like to get down to 160 (that’s about 18 pounds), however I know that the lifting I’m doing will add some muscle. So again, my goal is to sculpt enough to where I can shed the shirt!
I need to drop these last 10-15 lbs. I can’t say what my “goal” is in terms of a weight because I’m building muscle which I didn’t have at my comfort level before I put on 50 lbs.
No excuses, I will start to exercise again and stick with it!
My goal for 16 weeks is to lose 30 lbs total or 20 lbs of fat…putting me from 153 to around 123 or so. I have been working at it forever and have been going up and down in my results. I am sick of the weight rollercoaster…time to rev it up and keep it off!
I lost 12 pounds, but seem to be frozen at that weight. I would like to lose another 20-25 pounds, depending on how loose my skin might become. At the age of 59, it is a big consideration in losing a lot of weight. I can’t imagine that I would lose so much so quickly, but this is my ultimate goal.
My 16 week goal is to lose 15 lbs and to replace the BF with lean muscle. Totally attainable!
I want to shed about 20 pounds of fat, and gain 5 to 10 of muscle. I want to be leaner, stronger, faster, and increase my endurance, especially when it comes to running. My goal is to get in the best shape of my life and then join Special Forces and see if I have what it takes to make it.
I am working on taking my waist from 33 inches to 31 inches. Once the fat is gone, I want to focus on building muscle (long-term goal).
I will lose 80 pounds and in the process gain muscle and get on a serious training regimen.
My goal in the next 16 weeks, is to lose 20 lbs… more would be cool, but this is my minimum goal. I also want to continue to get into better shape. Specifically I want to be better able to handle my firefighting responsibilities in addition to the fat loss.
My goals are actually not currently in a 16-week format. I want to focus on building muscle for another month or two and then focus on shredding the fat.
You have some good advice, but out of 98 e-mails today I am certainly not going to consider it the final law.
my height is 173cms and my weight is just 53kgs !! so i just want to gain weight, but my heredity is the problem!
