Just this morning me and my good friend Josh were discussing the different types of nutrition strategies we’ve been using along with our current goals, which got me a bit curious about what it is that YOU’RE currently doing.
Are you looking to gain muscle, lose fat, both?
What are your specific goals for the next 16 weeks? How many pounds do you want to lose (or gain) in that time?
I like 16-week goals because it’s the perfect time frame to really make DRASTIC changes to your body and the way you look—aim high, and let me know your 16 week goal in the comments section below.
Then, print off this post (along with your response), and I want you to use it as a source of accountability. Here at Body Transformation Insider, we’re not just about setting goals, we’re ALL about achieving them. Or as my buddy Dan Long says, “We don’t hit goals, we SHATTER goals!”
Many of you are going to achieve some awesome things in the next 16 weeks—start today by posting your goal below.
(and if you can’t even *post* your goal, you might as well forget about achieving it…now is the time to step up and make it happen—together, as a community)

Hi my goal in the next 16 weeks is to stop binge eatting and to loose atleast 10 pounds of body fat while maintaining the little lean muscle i have which will not be hard because the only way i will loose that fat is through lots of skateboarding which is 1 a very good workout and 2 where all my lean muscle comes from. So my mission for the next 16 weeks is to skate as much as possible with my friends so that im always in the zone and skateing harder without knowing, to keep myself busy and out of the kitchen, and to have a great summer with end result of looking like ryan sheckler when he was my age.

Sounds like a fun trip guys! Well I myself would like to lose 20 more lbs and this is the last 20 I need to lose and boy is it tough. At 51 years old it is a struggle but I have enjoyed the journey thanks to you guys! I train well and consistently using keetlebells, and body weight exercises and run/walk 3 days/week (bad knees) but the afternoon hunger cravings kill me. I have taken bits and pieces from all your plans and made it work for me but am struggling with the last 20 lbs. Any help???

I ordered The Truth about Six Pack Abs for women and I received nothing this far!! Wondering where it is. After all I did pay for it. Wondering if there is a problem. Please get back to me….Thanks
My goal is to loose about 10 pounds of fat. But most importantly, I want to firm up everywhere. I would really like to see some definition in my arms and my abs.
I would like to lose about 20 lbs of fat and and tone my body. I’ve been very active using the “Ultimate Fat Loss Program” working out 3 times per week. I’m just not losing the fat in my mid section that I would like. My weight for the last 10 weeks has been steady at 220. I am feeling much better, but would be much happier to start to see a decrease in my 36″ waist size.
I have 80 kg of muscle and body fat. And my goal is to stay with 75 – 77 kg and see my ABS. I don’t care about muscle at the moment. I just wanna lose body fat.
I am a 59 year old female and my goals are to lose body fat and to firm up a bit. I started out at 153 pounds and I am now down to 133 pounds by simply eliminating the obvious sugars and well as the hiden sugars in foods and the refined carbohydrates. My waist went from 36 1/2 inches down to 34 inches. My goal weight is between 120 and 128 pounds depending on how much muscle I put on.
I started execising with P90X but it was too extreme for my body to handle and I broke out with the Shingles due to the extreme physical stress it put me under. In spite of the fact that I haven’t been exercising since becoming ill I am still losing weight.
With your program I expect to lose the flab and tone up my muscles and get into the best shape of my life.
my goal has been to gain back muscle and lose the weight I gained. Now I have more challenges to that. Have been trying to work through hormone imbalances that come with change of life. It is a good time to gain muscle I’m told. However, while working and using new muscles I fell and twisted my knee. So now I’m trying to nurse it, Ice, stretching/bending, wearing a brace to stablize it. Not much walking around as I need and/or usual rutin. Still working on muscle and trying to eat right. Hard to not let it get me down.
I am abut 145 lbs. and am 5’5″ and I really want to get back to 120-125 lbs and back to a size 5 like I used to be. Being 52 makes it a little harder, but I am up for the battle…mostly to TONE UP!
To lose whatever pounds I can, but mainly more inches. Lost 22.5 inches on the 25 day XTREME FAT LOSS Diet. So many of the things in my closet fit again! YEA! I’m going to go through that program again, and then start up the Cheat Your Way Thin Program. The XFLD was an easy program to follow. I thought I’d have problems with the Fasting day, but found that was the easiest day for me. Thanks, Joel.
