Are you looking to gain muscle, lose fat, both?
What are your specific goals for the next 16 weeks? How many pounds do you want to lose (or gain) in that time?

Then, print off this post (along with your response), and I want you to use it as a source of accountability. Here at Body Transformation Insider, we’re not just about setting goals, we’re ALL about achieving them. Or as my buddy Dan Long says, “We don’t hit goals, we SHATTER goals!”

I’m not your usual respondent. Will be 78 yrs old August 2. Height 4’4 1/2″, weight 132. Body fat 23%. I’ve been exercizing w/Holly Rigsby’s body weight circuits and doing some walking.
My goal is to go from 34 1/2, measured 1″ above my navel, to 28″, and hips from 40″ to 36-38″, before my birthday. Trying to get going with XFLD, and transit into Cheat Your Way Thin. Husband’s health problems are a concern right now, so it makes meal planning a little complicated. (He is 5’10”, weighs 141 – has diabetes 2, and high PSA. Age 82.) And it’s 30 miles to go shopping.
My 16 week goal is getting solid abs and building my lower and upper body muscles bigger.
XFLD round 2 ends June 20, then I’m doing 2 weeks of Vince’s “Hardest diet ever” through July 4. Goal through the 4th is to break the “lean threshold” and get my bodyfat below 9% for the first time ever. At this point, that means losing 10 more lbs fat (down to 169), and maintaining lean mass (154 lbs). For the Remaining 12 weeks, I’ll do a 4 week transition into 8 weeks NNMB, where I hope to put on at least 8 lbs lean mass. Breaking 160 lbs lean and 9% bodyfat simultaneously has been my big goal for the last 4 years.
(I tried to post earlier, not sure if it went through. sorry if duplicate)
I am on day 9 of XFLD. Although I know I will get results, I also know I will have more work to do. My goal is to lose 8% body fat, gain endurance, resting muscle definition, and a flat tummy. I would also love to lose 10 more pounds.
I am 41 and would like to lose 3-4 inches off my hips, 1-2 inches off my waist, and TONE UP my arms, thighs and whole body. In doing so, I will go from 27%BF to 20%. I don’t care how much I weigh in the end, just how toned and compact.
I need to lose weight and get into the best shape of my life.
8 Week goal is to loose minimum of 8.5 pounds and strive for 20% body fat (currently 28%).
My goal is to lose 18 lbs. I’ve been dealing with this since my daughter was born, 18 years ago.
Reduce my weight from 300 to 225 and compete again in Masters level heavyweight competition
My goal is to use the knowledge i’ve gained with your program to begin my 15 week cut phase in order to get ready for my next figure show, I’d love to place in the top 3!! Hopefully i’ll come in even leaner this time, and salvage some muscle as well!!
i will reach my goal of 20 lbs
Now that school is out for the summer, I can get more serious about achieving my fitness goals. I am 47 years old and find it progressively harder to keep my weight down and maintain muscle mass. Actually, it’s kind of embarrassing because I used to TEACH fitness but now you would never know. Anyway, my goal is to lose 25 pounds and gain back my lean shape while adding some definition by increasing muscle. It all just seems so overwhelming at this point. HELP!!!
I have managed to build some muscle but it is covered with layers of fat – especially on the abs. So my 16w goal is to lose 11 kgs of fat.
I will lose 60 pounds of fat (1/2 way to my long term goal).
I am5’5″ and weigh 139 lbs. I have weighed 115 for most of my adult life – prebaby, of course. I want to weigh 120 – lose 20 lbs & 2 dress sizes in 16 weeks. Help!
My goal is to get from 85kgs to 70/75 kgs. (I am 177cm tall) I think this is definately do-able in 16 weeks.
My goal is to lose 15 lbs of fat, while maintaining (or hopefully increasing a little) my muscle mass and strength.
Just finished XFLD, down 14.5 pounds!!! Missing the structure of it so I need a good maintenance program to follow. I turn 45 in October and have a goal of seeing my abs again. Getting close I’m 6’2, 225. about 24% BF. Need to lose some more fat before starting XFLD again in Aug. So I have about 7 weeks to slowly lose about 10 pounds of fat. At 205 I’m pretty lean and can see my abs, so that’s my ultimate goal. The weight for me isn’t that important it’s the look I want back, lean and fit.
My goal is to really loose inches and loosing 10 pounds in the process would be great. As another person said, I am over 50 and my middle is getting a little fluffy. I would like to firm up all over while loosing the inches and pounds.
my goal is to lose more than 20kg before January next year with Kim and other group of of Fast Track…..
Hope I have all it takes to reach there, FAST TRACK is behind me
My ultimate goal is to rid of my awful eating habits that have developed over the past 6 months due to constant restrictive eating for the last several years of my life. From there, I would like to get my body back in tip top shape, with the goal of losing 35 pounds of fat and replacing half of that with muscle.
