What Are YOUR Goals?

Posted by Joel Marion

At random, Dan and I are going to GIVE AWAY 16-weeks of personal TWO-on-1 coaching to someone who leaves a comment below on this blog post.  All you need to do is read below and reply with your 16-week goal to be eligible.

This is WAY over $2000 value and you’re going to get your own personal nutrition coach AND your own trainer and life coach…100% FREE if you win.

Read below and respond in the comment section.

Just this morning me and my good friend Josh were discussing the different types of nutrition strategies we’ve been using along with our current goals, which got me a bit curious about what it is that YOU’RE currently doing.

Are you looking to gain muscle, lose fat, both?

What are your specific goals for the next 16 weeks? How many pounds do you want to lose (or gain) in that time?

I like 16-week goals because it’s the perfect time frame to really make DRASTIC changes to your body and the way you look—aim high, and let me know your 16 week goal in the comments section below.

Then, print off this post (along with your response), and I want you to use it as a source of accountability. Here at Body Transformation Insider, we’re not just about setting goals, we’re ALL about achieving them.  Or as my buddy Dan Long says, “We don’t hit goals, we SHATTER goals!”

Many of you are going to achieve some awesome things in the next 16 weeks—start today by posting your goal below.

(and if you can’t even *post* your goal, you might as well forget about achieving it…now is the time to step up and make it happen—together, as a community)

Talk to you in the comments section!

Joel

P.S. Get your 16-week goal in writing! Believe me, responding below is going to be HUGE for your accountability (and ultimately, your success).

I’d like to continue to lose weight – since I have a lot to lose and am extremely out of shape, I did the 25 days without much exercise and managed to lose 10 pounds. In the next 16 weeks I’d like to drop at least 2 dress sizes and exercise more so that I am building some muscle. It would be nice to continue to lose at a rate of 10 pounds per month, so I’ll make that my goal !!

Currently 205lbs and about 15% body fat. Would like to be 185 and about 10% body fat in 16 weeks. Think I will be able to see more definition all over my body not just abs.

My goal is to build more muscle in my legs and arms, all while trying to loose a some around my middle as well. I have a wedding to be in July 3rd. With the bridesmaid dress I’m wearing people will only see my arms! So with most work done to my arms!

My goal is to lose about 40 pounds, and to build up body strength. Since I think it will take longer than 16 weeks, my 16 week goal is 25 pounds, which is where my weight was three years ago. I’d be more than happy to stay on the higher end of my weight loss goals if it means that my lean muscle mass is higher. It’s easy to get caught up with the number on the scale, and be disappointed in your results when you’ve actually slimmed down a lot, but weigh more than you’d planned because of muscle gain.

I guess what I’m really getting at is that I’d like to lose 3-4 dress sizes, and whatever weight that ends up being is fine with me. :)

I’ve completed the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet once so far. I’ve gone from 313 to 296. My ultimate goal is to get under 250. I want to be 280 or less by the beginning of football season. I want to fit back into 38 jeans and have my XL shirts loose again.

Hey Joel, just finished your extreme fat loss diet and look and feel much better! I still need to lose another 20 or 25 lbs of fat, get back into a size 6 or 8 and gain some muscle. The xfld has given me a great start and given me back my motivation! I wasn’t perfect on the program but did manage to lose about 10-12 lbs, 2% body fat, at least one dress size and a total of 12 inches off my body (5″ was from my waist which is awesome cuz it’s my problem area!) Unfortunately screwed up my knee which limited my working out. Just going to go do some working out now and am starting your cheat your way thin program. Thanks! Donna
