What Are YOUR Goals?

Posted by Joel Marion

At random, Dan and I are going to GIVE AWAY 16-weeks of personal TWO-on-1 coaching to someone who leaves a comment below on this blog post.  All you need to do is read below and reply with your 16-week goal to be eligible.

This is WAY over $2000 value and you’re going to get your own personal nutrition coach AND your own trainer and life coach…100% FREE if you win.

Read below and respond in the comment section.

Just this morning me and my good friend Josh were discussing the different types of nutrition strategies we’ve been using along with our current goals, which got me a bit curious about what it is that YOU’RE currently doing.

Are you looking to gain muscle, lose fat, both?

What are your specific goals for the next 16 weeks? How many pounds do you want to lose (or gain) in that time?

I like 16-week goals because it’s the perfect time frame to really make DRASTIC changes to your body and the way you look—aim high, and let me know your 16 week goal in the comments section below.

Then, print off this post (along with your response), and I want you to use it as a source of accountability. Here at Body Transformation Insider, we’re not just about setting goals, we’re ALL about achieving them.  Or as my buddy Dan Long says, “We don’t hit goals, we SHATTER goals!”

Many of you are going to achieve some awesome things in the next 16 weeks—start today by posting your goal below.

(and if you can’t even *post* your goal, you might as well forget about achieving it…now is the time to step up and make it happen—together, as a community)

Talk to you in the comments section!

Joel

P.S. Get your 16-week goal in writing! Believe me, responding below is going to be HUGE for your accountability (and ultimately, your success).

Regain control of me.
Plan my meals
Plan my exercise
Plan my free time
Work my plan

I feel over the past many many years 15 to 20 years I have destroyed the inner being of my body. I wore the string out on my yo-yo weight loss and weight gains. I know how to lose weight, I know how to gain weight.

I like being fit, I like going to the gym, I like to sweat…

I found it better when I am fit and not fat. I like to serve, in my church, my community and at work. I am much more valuable when I am fit.

Physically, i need to lose some fat…more importantly I need to add muscle…I need to develop my plan and work my plan…

Mike

Hey Joel, I am turning 27 next month and I want to look as good as I did when I was 22. I am 30 pounds heaver and it has effected me big time emotionally. Since I first read about your XFLD being released it has given me the drive to eat better and go to the gym everyday. I have lost 10 pounds and I know it is just the beginning. I will get back into pristine shape and loose the additional 20 plus more. I am 5’8″ and 160 pounds at this time I would like to be 135-140.

I will continue to eat clean and eat 5-6 times a day and work out at least 6 times per week. My goal is to drop 30 pounds and wear a bikini confidently.

My goal over the next 16 weeks seems to be the nearly impossible task of gaining muscle while losing fat. I am 5’10” and 165 lbs at about 11% body fat. I would like to get under10% body fat and gain 10 lbs.

I am 5’2″, 139lbs. My current body fat is 18.2%. My goal is to lose about ten pounds without losing lean muscle.

My goal is go from about 130lbs to 160lbs by the beginning of next school year.

I like your 16 goal program because I believe it helps create habits that will last. More than anything, I would like to make healthy food choices throughout the day. I believe this will help me manage the weight that I would like to maintain. My goal is to lose 5-10 lbs AND stay committed to the exercise program I have developed for myself 4-5 days per week.

33 Years old.
5′ 10″, weigh 215, with 15% body fat.
By the end of this next 16 weeks, plan to lose 20-25 lbs of fat and increase lean muscle mass.

Goal: Body fat of 15%. I’m at 17 right now thanks to YOU! (I was at 20 when I started XFLD).

I will lose 20 pounds and continue to lose as I get more fit and healthy.

I’m 23 but I’ve gained and lost and gained about 20 lbs in the last few years. I come from a family history of yo-yo dieters and want to stop this pattern before its too late! I want to figure out where that balance between exercising and eating is so I can stabilize my weight (which I am currently happy with, though I’d like to tone up a bit) and enjoy my favorite foods.
Any advice would be highly appreciated!
Thank you!

hey I’m 28 yrs old and 5’11 weigh about 275 pds. I have alot of muscle under my fat, I’m looking to lose about 50 pds and keep my muslce. I’ve been losing a pound to two pounds a week. It’s a slow process, but seems very maintainable.

Well, I am not your average participant. I will turn 65 this week. 4 years ago I had a lap-band placed and it helped me lose 50 lbs. However, I still have about another 100 to go. The band is very finicky and will not allow me to eat a lot of foods. It also won’t allow me to eat much before late afternoon.
A realistic goal for me would be losing between 1 to 2 lbs a week with added flexibility.

In the next 16 weeks, my goal is to lose 20 lbs (156 to 136) and decrease body fat from 32% to 22%

I’ve been working on my goals for a long time. So far, I have quit drinking, eating cleaner than ever and already lost 18 lbs. I am almost halfway there with my weight/fat loss goal. The next big thing… quitting the smokes forever! I have a doctor’s apt. this weekend and my quit date is already in ink on the calendar. In 16 weeks, you will see a slimmer, more toned me who is not winded after my workouts! In 16 years, I will still be around to say the same thing. I’m not delusional, I know it will be tough… but, Ms. Resilient is more than ready for this challenge.

I am 1.75cm tall and currently weight is 80kg. I would like to get back to my pre baby weight of 63-65kg having gained since the birth of my daughter 4 years ago! I am really struggling despite a healthy diet and excercising most days so hope this will be the way to do it. Am off to the Carribean at Christmas and would love to be in shape by then

I bought the program the day It was released at the beginning of May and I bought all the product you suggested.
…I am still waiting the products from ProGrade and Schwartz to be delivered at home here in Italy where I live. I have been contaceted by the custom saying the documentation attached by the manufacturers was not complete and requiring more info from me; they also said I will have to pay additional import taxes.
Well, so far I am pretty disappinted.
