What Are YOUR Goals?

Posted by Joel Marion

At random, Dan and I are going to GIVE AWAY 16-weeks of personal TWO-on-1 coaching to someone who leaves a comment below on this blog post.  All you need to do is read below and reply with your 16-week goal to be eligible.

This is WAY over $2000 value and you’re going to get your own personal nutrition coach AND your own trainer and life coach…100% FREE if you win.

Read below and respond in the comment section.

Just this morning me and my good friend Josh were discussing the different types of nutrition strategies we’ve been using along with our current goals, which got me a bit curious about what it is that YOU’RE currently doing.

Are you looking to gain muscle, lose fat, both?

What are your specific goals for the next 16 weeks? How many pounds do you want to lose (or gain) in that time?

I like 16-week goals because it’s the perfect time frame to really make DRASTIC changes to your body and the way you look—aim high, and let me know your 16 week goal in the comments section below.

Then, print off this post (along with your response), and I want you to use it as a source of accountability. Here at Body Transformation Insider, we’re not just about setting goals, we’re ALL about achieving them.  Or as my buddy Dan Long says, “We don’t hit goals, we SHATTER goals!”

Many of you are going to achieve some awesome things in the next 16 weeks—start today by posting your goal below.

(and if you can’t even *post* your goal, you might as well forget about achieving it…now is the time to step up and make it happen—together, as a community)

Talk to you in the comments section!

Joel

P.S. Get your 16-week goal in writing! Believe me, responding below is going to be HUGE for your accountability (and ultimately, your success).

I don’t know my body fat % but i know i have lots to lose especially around my belly so i’ll say @ LEAST 10kg even though my husband thinks i’ll look skinny by the time i’ve lost it. Guess i’ll have try to gain muscle to replace the lost fat.

I weigh 67-69 kg by the way. The weight fluctuautes.

Completed the extreme fat loss diet and lost a total of 17cm off my body. I’m already small so that was great. My goal over the next 16 wks is to drop from 24% body fat to around 18%. I want to start seeing my abs. My body is the firmest it has been in 5 yrs and I weigh less than I did when I was married almost 7 yrs and 3 kids ago. I’ve lost around 10 kgs in the last six months and one of my boys isn’t yet a year old. To all those mums out there IT CAN BE DONE!!

My goal is to get my bodyfat % to 20 or under (it’s currently around 23,2%). I already have almost as much muscle as I want, but it doesn’t show underneath all the ugly blubber..

I want to reduce my weight from 83kg to 65kg. Can you recommend something in place of Prograde as it isn’t available in Australia. Thanks Joel.

My short-term goal is to finish the extreme fat loss diet in the next couple weeks, losing an additional 5 pounds. Over the next 16 weeks, using the cheat your way thin diet, I would like to lose the last 10 pounds of fat, while maintaining lean muscle. This would bring me to 110 pounds on my small 5’2″ frame.

I am a female 58 years of age Pilates instructor and I stand in front of each class and see that I am the fattest and most unfit person there. so I would like to loose 20lbs at least and become fitter and leaner. I know you would think I know better! I am really good at looking after other people but not me, i want to look after me for a change!

My goal for the next 16 weeks is to loose 4″ of fat from my midsection and to create a plan to keep it that way.

I’m currently 5′ 8″, 200 lbs, 25% BF.

My girlfriend and I are just finishing up the 5th cycle of the Xtreme Fat Loss program. I have lost about 10 pounds but I have gained muscle. I think my ‘real’ fat loss to be more around 15 pounds.

We used the Xtreme Fat Loss program to jump start a healthier life style (we had been eating out alot prior to starting). It worked well as a jump start into a healthier lifestyle. We did not see the 20-30 pound weight loss, but we also did not do all the cardio/HIIT workouts (if we did, I think we would have seen better results).

My goal for the next 16 weeks is to continue to eat healthy (we set up a 7 day plan with portions and nutritional data).

We also plan to continue the morning workouts from the program (along with 30 minute of cardio daily).

Goal is 25% BF to 20% BF.

We are also planning to try this new fad of honey & cinnamon tea first thing in the morning for 4 weeks (just to see if it works for us).

I am a 63 year old who needs to lose 30 lbs to have a normal range B.M.I. so over the next 16 weeks ideally I should lose 10 lbs.

I’m going on holiday 15 weeks tomorrow and I need to lose about 2 1/2 stones. I am under no illusion I am going to manage that but I’d like to push it to 2 at least. My supplements have just arrived so I am giong to start my xtreme fat loss tomorrow and see how I go. I’m not good with willpower so I hope I can really get into this and do you proud! Good luck everyone!

My goal loss is 50 pounds. I believe 20 pounds is 16 weeks is realistic.

I already have a goal set for December 1st of this year: I want to be 180 lbs. and 6% bodyfat. Right now I’m sitting at 162 and 12%. In 16 weeks I want to be at 170 and 8% bodyfat. I’m using Vince Del Monte’s Maximize Your Muscle program, getting some pretty sweet results and I’m only just now finishing up “Phase 1”. Also specifically looking to grow my arms and somewhat my calves, my arms are just real stubborn. My triceps are really defined and nicely sized but my biceps refuse to grow, so looking to work at that a lot more, right now have 12.5 inch arms, looking to gain 3-5 inches on them in the next 12 weeks.

I have been trying for many months by going to the gym and working with weights (hate cardio) to loose 25 pounds. I eat clean and really watch my diet. I have not lost any weight. My middle section is huge but everywhere else is OK.It may be my metabolism but I doubt. I need an excellent workout routine for abs and a diet regimen that is easy to follow. No fancy cooking required. (I hate cooking!)

My aim is to turn the last few pounds of fat into muscle and gain 3-5 pounds of lean muscle. I’m 5’8″ and 150-153 pounds. Thanks for all the great info Joel!

My goal is to lose 30lbs in 16 weeks and gain more muscle. Being at 43, I have already lost 100 lbs over 3 years ago, and kept it off; however I did not gain much muscle, so now my body is pretty flabby. Yuck!! I want to be more toned on top of losing the rest of the weight needed to be at my premium weight and stay there.

My goal is to trim down- from 88kg to 77kg and tone up and instead of running around with all this excess weight-run around with as little fat as possible.-into triathalons- in which the run just brings me back.
