I have a little bit of extra belly fat and little bit of fat at the top of my thighs so I would like to loose all of that… Tone my whole body so you can see my six pack … I got stretch marks from having baby on my belly and they have been what has allowed me to put on weight really. Since I got my stretcn marks I have felt alot lower about myself because my belly was always the part of my body I loved the best. having a firm belly and six pack…. so it really upset me and I never got over it… so I allowed myself to loose my shape and put on a bit of weight… I am 5 ft 10 and weigh 10 and half stone… dont know if you have any idea what that is… but I would like to be below 10 stone. my BMI is meant to be perfect but I know when my body is at its best I use to thai box like crazy and had a perfectly toned body. So I always want to have a perfectly toned body then I will feel I am at my best… untill then I will always be aiming for that. So I am now meant to print this out… Well I am going on holiday on the 13th june and was hoping to have a six pack by then?!?! 6 days I have!! okay I know that is not going to happen though I always want to achieve my goals within a few weeks rather than months… 16 weeks seems to long for me….

Are you looking to gain muscle, lose fat, both?
What are your specific goals for the next 16 weeks? How many pounds do you want to lose (or gain) in that time?

I want to get my health and fitness back where it needs to be. I can stand to lose a solid 60 lbs of fat so in 16 weeks I will drop at least 30 lbs. I am not concerned in what the scale says on it’s own as adding some muscle back at the same time will help me burn more fat and feel better. Losing 30 lbs in 16 weeks will help to re-ignite my metabolism and make losing the final 30 even easier. Once the fat I need to lose is gone I am going to go about adding some lean muscle so I look and feel even better.
At the moment I have 24.9% BF and my goal is to have less than 20% BF. I am a 37 year old mother of 2 and has never been happy with her image, so hopefully after these 16 weeks I can look at myself and feel proud of what I have achieved.
I want to lose 12kg weight, getting down to 85kg for a 180cm height. More than just build lean muscle for weight-loss and fat-burning, I want to increase strength. I also want to build long muscle rather than short – I need to be more flexible.
Probably not just a 16-week goal!
I would like to lose 20 of the 60 pounds I have left to lose.
Dear Joel!
Thank you for taking such good care of me. I have finish the 25 days Extreme Fatloss Diet with trainingprogram of Craig Ballantyne. 9 pound fatloss. Now I will go for Isabel De Oros Diet. In the next 16 weeks I wil do my very best to continue my fatloss and musclegain. I will be satisfyed if I lose 24 pound more fat and gain 4 pound more muscle. I will cheat one meal a week, and fast 1 day a week. And do Turbulent training 3 times a week. I have a wonderful supportteam at e-mail. I am really gratful that you and the others change my life. Cordially Helle, Norway, female 61 years old.
52 years old and weigh 111kg and my BMI is about 42! I walk, do stationary bike or lift weights all the days that I am not working into the evening. I walk about 4500 steps a day at work. I eat a high fibre diet with plenty of fresh food. No junk food. No matter what I do, I cannot lose fat. I struggle to maintain my weight at 111kg. I have a holiday in 6 weeks and I am dreading the pool even though I love swimming. I would love to lose 11kg before then but that’s unrealistic. Perhaps over 16 weeks…
My goal is to lose 60 lbs, tone up, and get off of all medications. Working towards a healthier life!!

I’m currently 6′ 1″ & weigh about 100kg, at about 20% body fat. I want to drop about 10kg and get my body fat down to a percentage where I look much more defined so that I can build up a lean muscular physique from there, my final goal is to look something like Andre Arlovski
Hi Joel
My goal is to continue to improve upon the changes I’ve been making to attain a healthy lifestyle. I’d love to be able to build my core strength so that I can do at least 10 full pushups by the end of the 16 weeks (currently doing kneeling pushups), and improve my abdominal diastasis. Also aiming to do my first full pull-up! I also want to banish my sugar addiction and set a great healthy example for my 3 young daughters :-)
Goal Body Weight 164 or less. Starting weight 188.2
BF% less than 18%. Starting BF% 28%
I’ve lost 40 pounds in the last 16 weeks, and plan to lose another 40 in the next 16 weeks. I expect it will be harder to achieve the last part of my goal, so I am looking for motivation and strategy. This would put me at a healthy weight that would be far less stressful for my body. I can’t wait to say “I did it!” A year from now I want to say “I maintained it!”
Hey Joel,
56 years old and six feet tall. Started Xtreme Fat loss on June 1, weighed in at 206 at 32.6 % bady fat. My goal is to get to 18% body fat by burning fat and gaining lean muscle mass. I think the weight should be around 180.
After I am done with this I will be moving directly to Cheat your Way Thin and switching over to Eddie Lomax Gladiator Training for 5 weeks, then back to Xtreme Fat Loss.
Thanks for your insights and outstanding programs.
I recently re-located abroad and with the stress of the move I’ve gained a couple of % body fat. I’m 5ft 10 and currently 150lbs with 15% body fat, I want to drop this by at least 3%… Here’s to some seriously hard work over the next few weeks!
My goal is to lose about 32-35 lbs by the end of 16 weeks. My Long term goal is to have a total of 70 lbs off by December 15th. I would like to do this along with toning up a bit.
HI:
Very intresting I live 10 Miles from where You were rafting on the Ottawa River. I have lost 35 Lbs since I started training but I still have belly fat that will not go away.

My goal is to firm up my arms and legs and get rid of the wobbly horrible stomach I’ve acquired over the last decade. I already eat quite healthily but I don’t exercise enough. I used to be much too slim so I don’t want to go back to that. I like my curves, just not the extra flesh around my middle that I only got after age 40. I want to be proud of my body again, not upset when I look in the mirror. So I need to lose about 8 kilos, and I will!
My goal is to get a flat stomach and fit into my clothes more comfortably
