Just this morning me and my good friend Josh were discussing the different types of nutrition strategies we’ve been using along with our current goals, which got me a bit curious about what it is that YOU’RE currently doing.
Are you looking to gain muscle, lose fat, both?

I like 16-week goals because it’s the perfect time frame to really make DRASTIC changes to your body and the way you look—aim high, and let me know your 16 week goal in the comments section below.

Over the next 16 weeks I am planning on gaining about 5lbs, while keeping around 9-10% body fat. I don’t like to “bulk” up and gain fat, and staying around the same body fat percentage while gaining muscle is not an easy task! I’m currently 148-150, depending on hydration, and I’d like to be 155 by the end of this summer.

To see my SAS trained 6 pack! I know they are there but I have never seen them. I am Mr endomorph and even though I am active and eat reasonably well, my diet is not structured correctly so that is my first major fix. I am reasonably strong ( I can deadlift 250KG after 4 weeks in the gym ), so I have a base to work from which is good. I am off to France on holiday and will be back the beginning of July. 16 weeks later is our school reunion – 25 very quick years later hence my reason for wanting to look good. Diet, exercise and focus for just 16 weeks – I have my motivation by the truckload
I want to get down from 90kg to 80 kg, this will improve my mobility.
I am 31, and have a 10 month old son. My main goal is to lose fat, get lean, and look great for my wife. Beyond the appearance bit, I want to be healthy and to be around for many years to come to see my children grow up and go out on their own. I don’t want to keel over at 45 from a heart attack because I am overwieght and eating terribly. My current weight is 235, and I want it to drop to at least 205 lbs. I want my body fat (32%) to get down to below 10%. I am well on my way (I’ve already lost 30 lbs) but I still have a long way to go. Not stopping here, and I can’t wait to see my results after the XFLD which I just started yesterday. Thanks for the great advice, see you on the other side of my goals!
My goal is to drope 13 kg in the up comming 16 week & treat the most worst part on my Abs , im going to the gym i allready reduces some weigh & gaing some tone but i know still there is long way to go ( what is the best way to get use of the gym ( im controlling my deit )
I want to lose 2 inches of my waist and be able to see definition at my abs. Also to lose inches off my thighs. Besides that, I want to clean up my diet drastically and eat only wholesome and more nutritious food.
My goal is to look the best I ever have. I’m half way through the Xtreme Fat Loss program and not seeing the result I hoped. I’ll have to come up with another plan to lose 15 pounds and tone my arms, legs and abs. As a 16 week goal, this seems possible.

I am currently 160lbs and will gain 25Lb’s over the next sixteen weeks with a ratio of no less than 70/30 muscle to fat. That equated to 17.5Lb’s of muscle and 7.5lb of Fat. Then spend 4 weeks loosing the excess fat using XFLD while also gaining another 1lb of muscle in the process.
To get some health issues resolved, to stabilize my weight at 190 and to return to weight training 3 times a week. Broke my right foot and found out that I’m border line diabetic. These two things happening so close together really threw me a major curve and I’m just now getting everything back on track.
Thanks for all your great advice and tips. By the way, this isn’t an excuse, just the facts.

My goals for the next 16 weeks are to lose 25 lbs. and 8% BF. I’m 51, currently 227 lbs. and 43.9% BF. Want to go from a loose size 20 to a loose size 14.
And to create the fitness habit, so that I think of working out more than I think of sitting on the couch.
I want to fit into my size 8 clothes. I”m currently a 12 and I’m tired of my clothes being uncomfortable. No more excuses!
4 wks: working your 25 day promise routine
4 wks: off to CA where salads and healthy living abound
4 wks: back to the weight I was when leaving for Asia
Obviously, I like to break goals into smaller segments –
My goal is to be 25 lbs. lighter, increase muscle mass and get more toned. I am 5 feet tall with a small frame and currently at 127 lbs. Over the years my metabolism as slowed down a bit so I very much wish to gain muscle while shedding the extra pounds!
I will continue losing wieght and toning my body. In sixteen weeks I will lose 18 more pounds and be able to complete every rep in a Body Pump class with ease. I will look awesome waering a new dress at my best friends wedding!
I hope to become really strong. Right now I cannot swing a 16Kg kettlebell, but I will get there. Also to become more muscular, lose a bit of fat around the stomach etc.
My goal is to get back into my jeans…the ones I fit into post baby a year ago! I want to build some muscle so that picking up my 3 year old & piggy backing her up the stairs is easier (cause well, she’s only going to get heavier) & so I have the energy to continue to enjoy playing with my kids in my 40s (ooh, next year!), 50s and beyond. Ditto on the Q around what’s available in Europe! :-)

Get back in shape by losing a good 10lbs and then maintaining that!!
