What Are YOUR Goals?

Just this morning me and my good friend Josh were discussing the different types of nutrition strategies we’ve been using along with our current goals, which got me a bit curious about what it is that YOU’RE currently doing.

Are you looking to gain muscle, lose fat, both?

What are your specific goals for the next 16 weeks? How many pounds do you want to lose (or gain) in that time?

I like 16-week goals because it’s the perfect time frame to really make DRASTIC changes to your body and the way you look—aim high, and let me know your 16 week goal in the comments section below.

Then, print off this post (along with your response), and I want you to use it as a source of accountability. Here at Body Transformation Insider, we’re not just about setting goals, we’re ALL about achieving them.  Or as my buddy Dan Long says, “We don’t hit goals, we SHATTER goals!”

My goal is to loose 20-25lbs, tone up and improve my overall fitness and appearance. To date I’ve only talked about it but now I’m ready to be about it. If I can create a simple plan that doesn’t require hours and hours of posts and planning I know I can do this. One step closer….one step at a time!

My goal is to drop body fat.I want to cut 10-14 pounds of fat in less than 16 weeks. I am going to use cheat your way thin as my nutrition program and its going to be easy, because I know I will be slowly achieving my dream,one day at a time! I am going to workout 4/5 days a week and keep a nutrition+fitness journal to keep myself accountable for the duration of my transformation. I am going to keep myself motivated by focusing on the end result and I will reward myself with shopping trips to dress my new body! I will achieve these goals because I know I can!!

I have a lot of weight to lose, and honestly it will take more than 16 weeks. I will lose as much weight as I can in the next 16 weeks, aiming for 40 lb in that time.

I am a 59 year old women and all my weight (phat) is on my lower body. My excercise plan is walking, ups and downs, for about 15 min. daily and I plan on making it 5min. a day more till I reachd an hour a day. Will it get the phat down?……I really hope so.

16 weeks – goal to lose the stone put on since losing my mum unexpectedly. Ultimate goal is to lose 50lbs – have already lost 2stone. Also to maintain the regular exercise regieme I have started.

Hi!
My goal is to lose about 5 more kg, and get a leaner body. I have already achieved a weightloss of 15 kg. (I put it down in kg. because I’m from Norway) I am extremely happy about this, of course, but I see that my body, and especially my belly, needs to be tighter and more lean. It is also difficult to keep the weight down, so I bought the CYWT programme to help me along the way, and this works perfectly for me so far. Thanks!

My goal is to gain minimum 14 pounds of lean muscle and drop 2-3% bodyfat in the next 16 weeks.
That way I’ll go from 162 lbs and 10% bodyfat to 176 lbs and 7-8% bodyfat.

I NEED to get back to the 8%-10% I’d been for 10 years, it’s crept up to 16% and I’m not feeling good about myself. I will be back down to my goal in 16 weeks….

My is to drop 70 pounds in 16 weeks although i want to add that this program has excluded other nations mostly africa in their diet programs. Some of the foods recommended are not in Africa most especially Nigeria but i am trying as much as possible with what i have to lose weight .

I am 48 yrs old & very overweight & unfit. I’d like to ultimately lose 30 kgs – around 65 lbs – but in the next 16 weeks I’d like to realistically lose 8 kgs – around 17 – 18 lbs – & lose fat everywhere esp. my hips, thighs, arms & legs as well as my stomach!

My ultimate goal is to see my abs whilst building some muscle if possible. Presently doing Xtreme then will move onto CYWT coupled with Vince’s program.
