What Are YOUR Goals?

Posted by Joel Marion

At random, Dan and I are going to GIVE AWAY 16-weeks of personal TWO-on-1 coaching to someone who leaves a comment below on this blog post.  All you need to do is read below and reply with your 16-week goal to be eligible.

This is WAY over $2000 value and you’re going to get your own personal nutrition coach AND your own trainer and life coach…100% FREE if you win.

Read below and respond in the comment section.

Just this morning me and my good friend Josh were discussing the different types of nutrition strategies we’ve been using along with our current goals, which got me a bit curious about what it is that YOU’RE currently doing.

Are you looking to gain muscle, lose fat, both?

What are your specific goals for the next 16 weeks? How many pounds do you want to lose (or gain) in that time?

I like 16-week goals because it’s the perfect time frame to really make DRASTIC changes to your body and the way you look—aim high, and let me know your 16 week goal in the comments section below.

Then, print off this post (along with your response), and I want you to use it as a source of accountability. Here at Body Transformation Insider, we’re not just about setting goals, we’re ALL about achieving them.  Or as my buddy Dan Long says, “We don’t hit goals, we SHATTER goals!”

Many of you are going to achieve some awesome things in the next 16 weeks—start today by posting your goal below.

(and if you can’t even *post* your goal, you might as well forget about achieving it…now is the time to step up and make it happen—together, as a community)

Talk to you in the comments section!

Joel

P.S. Get your 16-week goal in writing! Believe me, responding below is going to be HUGE for your accountability (and ultimately, your success).

Hi Joel
Thanks firstly, for ur. inspiring creative imagination, because nothing is progressive like sharing ur. goals and plans with inspiring friends. as regards to mine I started since 2 weeks to reduce about 12 kg of my 95 kg weight so my goal is 81-83 kg wt. my age is 48 and my height is 178 cm.
I’ve chosen cycling of carbohydrates regimen. Namely, I do Atkin regimen for 5 days followed by 2 days with moderate carbohydrate to cheat the hormonal system, associated with 40 min. resistance training 4 times weekly. I won 1 kg every 5 days so i supposed to reach my goal within 12 – 16 weeks. I beleive in doing this as i did it 10 years ago.

kind regards

I wish to loose at least 20kg of fat and at the age of 71. Whilst I exercise

My goal for the next “forever” is to keep my fit 5’0″, size 4, 108 lb body. It is a continuous project. Tighter abs would be nice.

Hey Joel, my goal is to shed the last two to three pounds of body fat. I have to attack the love handles and have invested in some liquid fish oil to help with the insulin sensitivity due to the fact I was once 252 pounds and now I am 177. That’s me, from a business stand point, I need to recruit new three personal trainers into our organisation to help sustain the current growth rate.

I’m currently 210lbs and my goals over the next 16 weeks starting today June 7th are to lose 30 lbs of fat and water weight and gain about 5 to 10 lbs of lean mass (i.e. effectively less than 8% body fat).

this one’s easy – flatten and tighten that jelly belly that’s been hanging around since giving birth to my second child, and lose enough inches around the waist to drop one dress size….however, tho this exact same goal happened in just two months two years ago, severe depression last year reversed everything i’d achieved within two months, and now i cant shake it off no matter what i do…seems like grief likes the belly fat, wont let it go!

sad thing is, there r soooooo many others out there w/ the same goals (all u need is to see the posts on this page alone to know that) and many of us struggle for years without even coming close to success. i hope every one on this post is able to succeed and maintain their success, amen.

Hi Joel! I’m 21, I stand at 5’3″ (female), and am currently at 179 lbs or so. I ultimate goal is to get down to 120 or 125 lbs, maybe 115. Obviously I have a long ways to go and it may not happen in 16 weeks. But that is my goal, oh, also to firm up and become lean and a little muscular (cuz muscles burn more fat) :)

I have to loose so much weight that it’s hard to know how to begin. But in 16 weeks I guess 40 pounds would not be so bad. Then the next 100 pounds may be easier. I’m scared to start because it is an entire life change. Am I strong enough to keep it off? All I can do is try!!!!

I need to loose about 7 or more kgs the next 16 weeks, already lost about 10 kgs in 14 weeks total, most of the weight was lost in the last 8 weeks though (when I made huge changes to my diet).
