What Are YOUR Goals?

Posted by Joel Marion

At random, Dan and I are going to GIVE AWAY 16-weeks of personal TWO-on-1 coaching to someone who leaves a comment below on this blog post.  All you need to do is read below and reply with your 16-week goal to be eligible.

This is WAY over $2000 value and you’re going to get your own personal nutrition coach AND your own trainer and life coach…100% FREE if you win.

Read below and respond in the comment section.

Just this morning me and my good friend Josh were discussing the different types of nutrition strategies we’ve been using along with our current goals, which got me a bit curious about what it is that YOU’RE currently doing.

Are you looking to gain muscle, lose fat, both?

What are your specific goals for the next 16 weeks? How many pounds do you want to lose (or gain) in that time?

I like 16-week goals because it’s the perfect time frame to really make DRASTIC changes to your body and the way you look—aim high, and let me know your 16 week goal in the comments section below.

Then, print off this post (along with your response), and I want you to use it as a source of accountability. Here at Body Transformation Insider, we’re not just about setting goals, we’re ALL about achieving them.  Or as my buddy Dan Long says, “We don’t hit goals, we SHATTER goals!”

Many of you are going to achieve some awesome things in the next 16 weeks—start today by posting your goal below.

(and if you can’t even *post* your goal, you might as well forget about achieving it…now is the time to step up and make it happen—together, as a community)

Talk to you in the comments section!

Joel

P.S. Get your 16-week goal in writing! Believe me, responding below is going to be HUGE for your accountability (and ultimately, your success).

I have lost over 6% body fat and am now at 20% BFP cycles of the XFLD. The results are great given that i have increased my LBM at the same time.

I intend to redo the XFLD a month from now and continue on my BFFM diet (Tom Venuto) since both programs have shown good results.

My 16 week goal is therefore, to get down to around 8-10% body fat, be able to see my abs and to be faster, stronger and wayyy fitter!

My goal is to 6 pack abs

Over the next 16 weeks I plan to erase the (fairly minor) amount of fat around my waist until I can see my abs clearly. Then, I’ll go back to bulking, but focus on a much cleaner diet than I’ve eaten in the past. So, I’ll lose fat while maintaining muscle, then build muscle.

I want to drop down to 70kg and burn off the belly fat. And then I want to start putting weight back on … As muscle!

Hey there,

I currently weigh 54kg. I’m 41 and my height is 165cm. My goal weight is 50kg so I’m looking at stripping fat and getting that six pack once and for all. I plan to do this in 4 weeks. I have been taining for many years….the diet got off track a few months back. I reached my lowest weight of 50.8kg about a year ago then starting binge eating etc…..back on track from today…woo hoo!

Keeping the body fat as low as possible by eating real foods and no podwers or supplements to keep it like that.

I need to lose some fluff. I’ve already gone from 230 to about 210, then using some of the XFLD concepts I went from 210 to 200. Now my weight is very stubborn, it didn’t want to stay at 200 and went back to 203 give or take. I’m about 5’11 and have a pretty big frame, wide shoulders and chest, but I’d like to drop about 20 pounds more and reach that single digit body fat. I also need to improve my diet, as I still indulge too many candy bars or sugar drinks. I work outside and have to brown bag, and I’m on a tight tight budget, so those are my challenges.

Hi, I am a disabled person and because of medication and lack of mobility, it is hard to lose weight – a lot of it has actually come from taking medication. But I am ideally focusing on getting my eating habits correct – healthy and low G.I.. I would love to lose 10kg or 22lb in your language over the next 16 weeks

I want to lose the last bastion of belly fat. I’m not sure how much that is, but at the end of 16 weeks I’ll be 10 lbs lighter and maintain 16% body fat according to my little scale.

My goal is to lose 30 pounds of fat and be in good shape for my next holiday!

Sounds like my wedding day is very close to Vince’s – just short of 16 weeks! Subsequently, my goal is to get back in shape, lose the fat i’ve gained and build up the muscle I’ve lost over the last 2 months due to ill health and poor diet in time for my dress fitting and big day. I’d like to lose the full 25 pounds on the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet and feel happy within myself based on the actions and decisions I make, not guilty and disgusted.
170cm currently 78kg, would love to see those 60-somethings!
