What Are YOUR Goals?

Posted by Joel Marion

At random, Dan and I are going to GIVE AWAY 16-weeks of personal TWO-on-1 coaching to someone who leaves a comment below on this blog post.  All you need to do is read below and reply with your 16-week goal to be eligible.

This is WAY over $2000 value and you’re going to get your own personal nutrition coach AND your own trainer and life coach…100% FREE if you win.

Read below and respond in the comment section.

Just this morning me and my good friend Josh were discussing the different types of nutrition strategies we’ve been using along with our current goals, which got me a bit curious about what it is that YOU’RE currently doing.

Are you looking to gain muscle, lose fat, both?

What are your specific goals for the next 16 weeks? How many pounds do you want to lose (or gain) in that time?

I like 16-week goals because it’s the perfect time frame to really make DRASTIC changes to your body and the way you look—aim high, and let me know your 16 week goal in the comments section below.

Then, print off this post (along with your response), and I want you to use it as a source of accountability. Here at Body Transformation Insider, we’re not just about setting goals, we’re ALL about achieving them.  Or as my buddy Dan Long says, “We don’t hit goals, we SHATTER goals!”

Many of you are going to achieve some awesome things in the next 16 weeks—start today by posting your goal below.

(and if you can’t even *post* your goal, you might as well forget about achieving it…now is the time to step up and make it happen—together, as a community)

Talk to you in the comments section!

Joel

P.S. Get your 16-week goal in writing! Believe me, responding below is going to be HUGE for your accountability (and ultimately, your success).

Hi. I am 32 and last 3-4 years I am a regular guy in gym. I am pretty happy about my body but 2 things are really annoying for me-no matter what I do I just can’t get rid of my belly fat and second thing-unlike belly fat I just cannot get my shaulders bigger. So my goal is to lose fat above my belt line and get my shaulders bigger at the same time. Hope you can help me out. Thanks in advance.

My goal for the next 16 weeks is to absolutely rock the Fat Loss Domination program! I’m a female, 31 years old, short and curvy, and have played sports all my life, my favourite being soccer. I have never had one on one training, and am so curious to see my potential if given that opportunity. I did group training a few years ago and it clicked with me instantly. I lost 25 lbs! I can only imagine what I could accomplish with your expertise….a figure show perhaps??? Let’s do it!!!

I just turned 59! I never thought I’d live this long! (I was very sick at 30 yrs of age). I am relatively healthy, but quite overweight now – it’s better than the unintentional weight loss from illness in my earlier life, but that’s still not good….I need to lose 50 lbs. I have started severe calorie restriction (“fasting” with just liquids) every other day; I walk; and I do some kettlebell swings (I was doing more, found they really helped w/ keeping the weight off, but I think I got too enthusiastic, and I pulled a muscle in my left arm.) I am a new univ. grad student – one semester down, another 2 yrs left – I go back in Sept again. I would love to look trimmer and firmer by then. HELP!!!

First off Id like to actually find out what my body fat % is and get it down to 15% in the next 16 weeks. I want to be comfortable walking in to the gym or bikram yoga wearing a sports bra top. I’ve strength trained for so long but never gotten my body fat low enough to loose the lower belly jiggle and feel awesome with a bare mid section.

Hi! I’m 40 years old, female , 5’6″ and consider myself slim. I have six children the youngest seven years old! Throughout the years I’ve tried different diets, and exercise programs. I’ve lost some, gained some, but never managed to get rid of my tummy. My goal is to lose 10-15 lbs. And get rid of my tummy once and for all! That would be a dream come true!

My goal for the next 16 weeks is to get to 13% Bodyfat. I want to be at the lower end of the “Athlete” range of bodyfat. This way I can compete at a higher level. I love to do adventure runs and Bootcamp style fitness challenges. It is going to be awesome!

My goal in 16 weeks, is to hit 5-7% body fat, so I can be in top form for soccer. I am 18 years old and am a university varsity player who is still trying to make it further and get trial opportunities. For some reason, everything I do, I still have a tad bit of belly fat, with 2 coaches at once, I will succeed, please help me, its been a long struggle. I could also put away those people who used to make fun of me of being overweight.

I have just been given the all clear to go ahead and train again after a knee injury so my goal over the next 16 weeks is to reduce my body fat substantially, and get strong enough to do pull-ups again. I hate feeling weak and I want to increase my overall body strength and of course have the added bonus of looking hot in my bikini for the summer!

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity and I know it. This is a science, both physically and nutritionally, and I couldn’t ask for a better team of master minds in the field to help me reach my goals. I would be truly blessed to receive this opportunity. I will be 100% dedicated to the process. My goal is to build strength, lose fat, and transform my lifestyle to maintain my results. Can’t thank you enough for this opportunity, I hope you will consider me. Be blessed, Enid

I did my first figure show in November last year in the states and did well. But moving home to Sweden has placed a whole other demand on my training. With no separate pro-league in Sweden I’m going up at nationals in 16 weeks standing side my side with girls who’ve done this for years longer than I have. I want to show that you can show up as a “newbie” and completely dominate the stage. I want to place top three in my category, which will require me to put on around 7 lbs of lean mass while reaching 10% body fat. Most coaches (all in fact) have told me that this can’t be done. I want to prove them wrong.

I am ready for total body transformation. I have always been an athletic person and exercise has been a huge part of my life but I have never been able to shake that last 10kg. Last year was hard. I had a tibial transfer, divorce and started a new business. I am rested up now and ready to go. Now is time for me to get in the best shape of my life. I think with the help of you guys, I could do that. Not only do I want to drop the weight but I want to win the tough guy/gal challenge in NZ and then go to Sydney for the tough mudda event. The first event is on July 21. Love to document the progress from down under in little New Zealand!

im andrew im 37yrs old and iv’e been overweight most of my life,i have tried all the latest diets and trends and the usual happens that you lose weight in the beginning but the weight soon piles back on. so im looking to lose fat and put on muscle mass and hopefully lose as much as possible in the short term but i hope to learn to keep it off and stay healthy for the rest of my life, unfortunately i live in scotland in the united kingdom so the chance of winning a coaching lesson are slim i know this but im optimistic none the less, so thanks for the opportunity and thanks for all the tips anyway.

I have been trying for quite sometime to lose about 60 pounds with little or no success. I am committed to doing it this time. I turn 66 in a couple months and need to do this to help assure I am around and able to continue to work as my wife’s health is not the best and due to some prior circumstances retirement is likely never going to be an option. I need someone to help guide and push me. I have all but eliminated red meat and wheat as well .. I am not gaining but not losing either – very frustrating to say the lease. Help!!!

My goal is to lose 39 lb, going from 254 to 215, while also helping my wife lose 26 lb, from 152 to 126. This will help us set a positive role model for our 3 kids and be able to increase our active lifestyle. Thanks Joel!

My goal is to lose 15 lbs by the end of the year, preferably more. I’m cutting down on snacks and eating only until I don’t crave anymore. And I work out as often as possible.

Hello, I am a 31 year old male from the other side of the pond (U.K) & after trying & repeatedly failing to achieve my health goals over the past 3 years I recently attended a Transformation camp & have finally & literally just completed a 12 week challenge so I know from personal experience first hand your accountability coaching programme will work for me & I’m sure many others to take my current results (a 14LB fat loss from 28%bodyfat – 182lbs down to 168lbs) to the next level.
This tailored programme sounds fantastic & as I’ve achieved so much already with a generic programme I know for a fact your specific nutrition/training plan will allow me to achieve my ultimate goal:
A body fat % of less then 10% while maintaining as much muscle as possible over the 16 weeks.

I look forward to hearing from you guys & to everybody out there that decides to take on the programme I wish you all the best health & happiness – GOOD LUCK & ENJOY :)

i am a 52 year old wife and mother. I am struggling mentally with releasing weight due to homonal inbalance. At 5’5″ 167lbs and according to my body comp scales 39.6% body fat my goal is in 16 weeks I ill be at 140 pounds releasing 27lbs and a body fat % of 30% or less. I really could use any and all assistance I can get to get my head in the place it should be 2 years ago I was 128lbs wearing a size 3/4 and a BF % of 22% I know that eating the right foods along with proper supplemenst will get my hormons corrected it is just figuing out what the “right” way is. I am determined – I look at all my size 4 clothes in my closet every day! Would love to win.

I’m 32 and we just had our first baby yay! Right now both me and my wife are working on losing, ofcourse my wife pregnancy wife where as me eating all the things that she craved with her and putting on weight. Which is not good. At 5’8 I’m 185 lbs where as my wife at 5’3 is at 135 we both would like to lose about 15-20 lbs to be in our best shape. And all this has to happen before our kid turns 1 which is 8 months from now.
Thanks for great information you guys share!

I am a 49 yr old male. I know my Bodyfat% is too high. I can see it everytime I look in the mirror. My 16 week goal would be to lose 10% bodyfat and gain some musle especially in my upper body. I am a long time athlete, and lifeguard. I can and do work out hard and I am extremely coachable. I figure a loss of 10% bodyfat would be about a twenty lb loss for me. I am short and stocky, always have been but I know what kind of body I have under the years of fat build up. Run me, push me, I’ll do what ever is necessary to achieve this goal. With a little help I know I can do it. thank you for this opportunity. Peace
