I am so jealous because two of my colleagues at work have lost around 10 kilograms each on the Dukan diet – and I did not, probably because I gave in to my cravings to carbs. I am a 51 year old female, about 20 kilograms overweight and do not exercise. I also work a full time, sedentary, 24 hour shift job. This interferes with a set eating and sleeping pattern. To have a chance to be coached and guided for 16 weeks, by two brilliant transformation experts would just be so motivating and successful for me. I know this because it would be so great a privilege that I would commit myself 100% .
At random, Dan and I are going to GIVE AWAY 16-weeks of personal TWO-on-1 coaching to someone who leaves a comment below on this blog post. All you need to do is read below and reply with your 16-week goal to be eligible.
This is WAY over $2000 value and you’re going to get your own personal nutrition coach AND your own trainer and life coach…100% FREE if you win.
Read below and respond in the comment section.
Just this morning me and my good friend Josh were discussing the different types of nutrition strategies we’ve been using along with our current goals, which got me a bit curious about what it is that YOU’RE currently doing.
Are you looking to gain muscle, lose fat, both?
What are your specific goals for the next 16 weeks? How many pounds do you want to lose (or gain) in that time?
I like 16-week goals because it’s the perfect time frame to really make DRASTIC changes to your body and the way you look—aim high, and let me know your 16 week goal in the comments section below.
Then, print off this post (along with your response), and I want you to use it as a source of accountability. Here at Body Transformation Insider, we’re not just about setting goals, we’re ALL about achieving them. Or as my buddy Dan Long says, “We don’t hit goals, we SHATTER goals!”
Many of you are going to achieve some awesome things in the next 16 weeks—start today by posting your goal below.
(and if you can’t even *post* your goal, you might as well forget about achieving it…now is the time to step up and make it happen—together, as a community)
Talk to you in the comments section!
Joel
P.S. Get your 16-week goal in writing! Believe me, responding below is going to be HUGE for your accountability (and ultimately, your success).

I have just started with the Belly Fat program and the food additives information makes a lot of sense to me because I do feel addicted to certain foods. I am getting a little older at 41 and dropping the weight is not as easy as it used to be for me. I would like to drop 25 pounds and train for more races like Tough Mudder. I have done some of these races but I would like to complete certain obstacles like monkey bars with truer fidelity and ability. Ultimately I would like to prepare for ultra marathons and the death race that Spartan does.

During the 16 week training my goal would be to 25 lbs which I know could be accomplished with the help of you great trainers. I currently work out 5-6 days a week and I’m proud of myself because I go hard. It would be awesome if I was chosen for this program! #fitforlife
I am a personal trainer who needs a personal trainer. At 53 years old, I weigh in at 102 lb on a good day. My issue is trying to add muscle, and get toned without using too much energy. The challenge for me seems to be adding the muscle. I drop weight too easliy when working out hard. I spend a lot of time on my clients, fighters, and bootcampers, and leave little time to concentrate on myself …. I would love to work with you to improve myself, so I can improve my clients.

I Started working out last June. My starting weight was about 230 pounds. I have only lost 12 pounds in 1 year. I hired a personal trainer and I do see nice resulfts with my muscle mass but not weight loss. I have suffered the deaths of 4 of my closest family members and since I am an emotional eater I find it difficult to go on a healthy diet (hence no weight loss). My goal shouild be met by the next 6 weeks to lose 40 pounds by continuing to work out with a trainer taking individual work out classes and trying to watch what I eat. I really can use the additional help for my goal.

I need to lose over 100 pounds. Over the last few years, I’ve lost up to 30 a couple of times, but then gained it all back. My 16 week goal would be to lose 35 pounds in a sustainable, keep it going way and to be able to walk 4 miles without feeling like I wouldn’t be able to move for the next day. I’d like to find the food and fitness plan that will work for me without obsessing over what I’m going to eat or how I’m going to fit it all in so that I can continue on to lose all that I need to lose and be fit and healthy.
