What Are YOUR Goals?

Posted by Joel Marion

At random, Dan and I are going to GIVE AWAY 16-weeks of personal TWO-on-1 coaching to someone who leaves a comment below on this blog post.  All you need to do is read below and reply with your 16-week goal to be eligible.

This is WAY over $2000 value and you’re going to get your own personal nutrition coach AND your own trainer and life coach…100% FREE if you win.

Read below and respond in the comment section.

Just this morning me and my good friend Josh were discussing the different types of nutrition strategies we’ve been using along with our current goals, which got me a bit curious about what it is that YOU’RE currently doing.

Are you looking to gain muscle, lose fat, both?

What are your specific goals for the next 16 weeks? How many pounds do you want to lose (or gain) in that time?

I like 16-week goals because it’s the perfect time frame to really make DRASTIC changes to your body and the way you look—aim high, and let me know your 16 week goal in the comments section below.

Then, print off this post (along with your response), and I want you to use it as a source of accountability. Here at Body Transformation Insider, we’re not just about setting goals, we’re ALL about achieving them.  Or as my buddy Dan Long says, “We don’t hit goals, we SHATTER goals!”

Many of you are going to achieve some awesome things in the next 16 weeks—start today by posting your goal below.

(and if you can’t even *post* your goal, you might as well forget about achieving it…now is the time to step up and make it happen—together, as a community)

Talk to you in the comments section!

Joel

P.S. Get your 16-week goal in writing! Believe me, responding below is going to be HUGE for your accountability (and ultimately, your success).

Hi I am a 17 year old teen seeking to gain muscle mass. I already did some unfathomable workouts such as P90x but it isnt helping reach my goal towards becoming “ripped”. I just want your coach and i hope i will win.

Man I hope this is legit!
I’m a pretty big dude that needs help! My biggest problem is my eating habits. I tend to start good, plateau then give up. I’m currently 295 lbs, very built (i’m a mesomorph) and my goal is to drop to about 240 lbs. If you guys can grant me this wish, I can spend quality time and energy with my daughters that they deserve.
God bless.

I tend to start diets and adapt them, rather than follow them to a T. Then like many people, I plateau and then stop the diet. I’m currently signed up with herbal magic and have been for 2 months, but I have only lost 12 pounds. I need to lose another 25-30. My problem is I also have ostheoarthritis, so there are exercises that I just simply cannot do, and I don’t have equipment at home execpt for 5 pound weights and exercise balls (which I have not found since my move over a year ago). I am 67 years old, soon to be 68 and I weigh 151.8 pounds. This is too heavy, and I recognize the value of losing those extra pounds. And since my metabolism has slowed down with the years, I can’t lose as effectively as I used to.

I would love to win this.

I am working on reversing insulin resistance and have started to lose weight. I have about 45lbs to go and want to add muscle to my 59 yr old body so I have a safer time in later years and won’t look so saggy when I have reached my goal. Thank you.

My goal is to lose 10lbs and tone my entire body. I want flat sbs and a smaller waist, hips, and thighs. I feel I eat healthy most of the time but am struggling to lose even 10 lbs.

I’m 55 years old and obese. My ultimate goal is to lose 100 pounds, but for the 16 weeks, 25 pounds is my goal. I am in almost constant pain with my feet and knees and I know that losing weight would help with that. I am also a diabetic and do not want to take medications so I need to get my diabetes under control. I recently started strength training to build my muscle back up as I’ve lost quite a bit of muscle.

To add a solid 15 pounds of muscle to my already lean and muscular frame. Not only will this give me the body of my dreams, but it will also make me better at my craft, MMA.

I am 43 yrs old and I am 5’8″ tall and weight 216lbs. I am looking to lose about 20 lbs of body fat and gain 10 lbs of muscle mass. Your help would be very much appreciated.

I am a fit 19 year old. However, I’m not entirely satisfied with my belly section. My goal is getting “washboard abs”.

I am 50 years old and at a dead end. My knees hurt, my feet hurt and I weight 120 pounds too much. I am desperate! I need someone to push me to reach my goals. My family are enablers…they “love me just like I am”. Well, I don’t. My 16 week goal would be to get a good start on weight loss and healthy habits and choices. I am sure that once I saw results that would keep me working to my goal of feeling better. I want to WANT to be active again. I feel so hopeless at this point like the job is just overwhelming. Please help!

My 16 week goal would be to remove myself from the at risk category for Type 2 diabetes. My doctor told me this could be done through diet and exercise. I have the motivation. I need to learn the dicipline that your coaching would provide. Thank you :)

I am really looking forward to lose belly fat before my wedding, so kindly help me as fast as you can

Over the next 16 weeks, my goal is to Lose body and belly fat, regain energy and improve my overall health by dropping at least 10 more pounds. Dropping 40 pounds since January 1 has allowed me to get off several of my prescription meds, and I’d like to get off more. At the age of 65 and a height of 4’11”, I don’t desire to be back at my wedding weight of 98 pounds, but I do want to get down to a healthier weight and fat distribution. I’ve lost from a high of 204 to 165 and my ultimate goal is 125. I have Lupus and Fibromyalgia, so my exercise consists of gentle gardening, and light housekeeping –and a few months ago, I could not even do that.

I need to lose the last 10 lbs , and start “cutting up” what I have uncovered.
Since February I have lost 15lbs, and completed my ISSA certification in Sports Nutrition.

Not to say that I have hit the wall, but it is getting tougher to lose the last bit of fat, even with all the tips I know.

Thanks for you help, and best of Luck

Tim

My 16 week goal is to weigh less than 200 lbs, which means I need to lose 40 lbs. I haven’t weighed less than 200 lbs since college, so this would be a HUGE accomplishment!

I used to run 5-10 miles a day, play soccer/swim year round, and have two-a-day training sessions through the spring and fall. I tore my PCL in the middle of my senior year of track, destroying my scholarship hopes and my determination. My first 3 months of college, I gained 50 pounds. I worked most of it off via rock climbing over two years. Since graduating, I’ve worked in or front of a computer for 9 hours a day and drive for 2. I’m at 170 lbs. with a muscular build but my legs carry the majority of my weight. I want to get rid of the belly fat and distribute that leg muscle more evenly so my upper body matches my lower body. I’m getting married at the beach soon and want to look good with and without the tux. I’ve been busting it the past month but my schedule, finding a house, and wedding planning make it difficult.

I am 5′ 3″ and would like to reduce body fat down to 12% from 33% and body weight to 120 lbs .Most of the exercises and diet plans are not catered for vegetarians . I have tried many exercise routines and diet plan but has not yet found one that has worked successfully for me.

I really am looking for losing the most possible amount of fat around my body and gain a toned body. I always liked to have a strong body beside losing wight.
Am also trying to eat healthy ,but by that time I wanna overcome the temptation of finishing all the food that is in front of me or eating all the pack of eating stuff.
so,losing 22 pounds, getting flat ab, and toned body beside eating healthy and ‘ENOUGH’ would be my goal for the next 16 weeks! :)
