What Are YOUR Goals?

Posted by Joel Marion

At random, Dan and I are going to GIVE AWAY 16-weeks of personal TWO-on-1 coaching to someone who leaves a comment below on this blog post.  All you need to do is read below and reply with your 16-week goal to be eligible.

This is WAY over $2000 value and you’re going to get your own personal nutrition coach AND your own trainer and life coach…100% FREE if you win.

Read below and respond in the comment section.

Just this morning me and my good friend Josh were discussing the different types of nutrition strategies we’ve been using along with our current goals, which got me a bit curious about what it is that YOU’RE currently doing.

Are you looking to gain muscle, lose fat, both?

What are your specific goals for the next 16 weeks? How many pounds do you want to lose (or gain) in that time?

I like 16-week goals because it’s the perfect time frame to really make DRASTIC changes to your body and the way you look—aim high, and let me know your 16 week goal in the comments section below.

Then, print off this post (along with your response), and I want you to use it as a source of accountability. Here at Body Transformation Insider, we’re not just about setting goals, we’re ALL about achieving them.  Or as my buddy Dan Long says, “We don’t hit goals, we SHATTER goals!”

Many of you are going to achieve some awesome things in the next 16 weeks—start today by posting your goal below.

(and if you can’t even *post* your goal, you might as well forget about achieving it…now is the time to step up and make it happen—together, as a community)

Talk to you in the comments section!

Joel

P.S. Get your 16-week goal in writing! Believe me, responding below is going to be HUGE for your accountability (and ultimately, your success).

Been working out for almost a year now trying to get my weight down
and help me control my blood presser.
Will be turn 50 in mid-July and its been a battle to get the weight of and the body in shape that it never was in. ever in my life.
Still have about 30lbs to lose.
I have had 2 different personal trainer along the way.
The first one was awesome, be quite for a better paying job
the other is good, but I more have gain weight the lost it and I know its not all muscle, due to the body fat percentage went back up too.
Some trainer are more cookie cutter with there work out then what one personal needs.

Hi! I am 5ft 6.5″ in height, 45 yrs young; I would say & had been between 62 – 67 Kgs for more than 25 yrs. For the past almost 2 yrs my weight has shot up between 70 – 74 Kgs; fat probably has accumulated around my waist rising from 31″ to 34″ now. I work away from home in hospitality camps, remain confined to work place & my tent; no work-outs; good food (non-veg especially chicken & fish almost every day). Well I know the reason & sincerely wish to get myself back in shape; though I make sure I move from one place to another very frequently; drink a lot of water almost 4 – 5 litres a day. I know I can, it is just that PUSH which I require. Thanks

Hi Joel, I am a soon to be 47 year old male and I am currently on day 23 of your Xtreme Fat Loss Diet which I have stuck to religiously. I have lost 4 KG (9 lbs) of scale weight and I can see that I have put on substantial muscle and shrunk about 4 inches around the belly. My goal is to see my abs (haven’t seen them since I was a teen) and put on some more muscle and to get off of cholesterol medication which I have been on for about 4 years. I am 5′ 9″ and 81 KG currently. Love your XFLD great job!!!

My goal for the next 16 weeks is to lose fat, gain muscle, and change my eating habits. I am 54 and was on crutches from Nov to April. I not only put on weight from no activity, but lost a lot of motivation to get up and out of the house. I am a competition dancer and it has been very hard for me to get back into even practicing. I have several competitions coming up and need to get serious about getting active again.

I would like to dedicate my post to you. I’m 30 years old, and would like to lose 20 pounds. But I don’t have fibro or a broken back. I dedicate my post to you because I feel that you would benefit from the free coaching much more than I would. I’m rooting for you whether you are chosen or not. God bless you and I hope comfort and great health find you very soon! @ Norah:

Hey, I’m Roberto from Spain. I live in a small city, Pamplona, just 60 kms from the French border. Maybe you know this city for the famous bulls running on the streets every July. ;)
I’m 36, 80 Kg and 1,70 m. I follow you Joel very close and I bought already some of your programs such as Xtreme Fat Loss or Final Phase. I love them!.
My goal for the next 16 weeks is to stay strong and also lose 5 Kg to be ripped. why? My 6 years old kid is crazy about Superman… and he wants his daddy to be with the same body shape… well, I think I can manage that with your 16 weeks program…. another thing will be to explain that I won´t be able to fly… ;). Thank you so much for the opportunity you give us for winning your elite coaching guys!!

Hi, I’m 32 years old, 5’3″ and 134lbs. I finished the Xtreme Fat Loss two weeks ago and only lost 4lbs, but over 12″. I also gained a great deal of strength. I haven’t been in such great shape despite regularly working out since before having three kids. I am competing in a jiu-jitsu tournament in October and need to loose 10-12 more pounds in order to get into my ideal weight class. I have plateaued and I’m not sure what to do now.

My goal for the next 16 weeks is to lose 8 kgs of weight that I’ve put up due to a sedentary lifestyle. I used to be a pretty skinny kid and the last 10 years have seen me put on a lot of flab due to bad lifestyle choices. These days I’m chronically fatigued and have basically lost interest in socializing as I’m very conscious about the extra pounds I’m carrying, and people aren’t very kind in their comments either.

Hi Joel,
I love your work and look forward to your emails. I am days away from turning a healthy 53 years of age….and feel awesome! In the next 16 weeks, I’d love to lose this last 10 pounds while toning my body in all the right places. I work out 5 days per week and am now eating a mostly protein and veggies, some fruit…..the weight has been very slowly coming off. I wouldn’t mind it moving a wee bit faster but am most interested in keeping it off for good. I have wrestled with these past 10 pounds for the last couple of years.
I would love the opportunity to work with both of you and see my true potential! Thanks so much! Ellen

Hi, I have done EVERYTHING to achieve my goal weight loss of 30kgs over the last 6 months, with not much success. I have abused my body through diets and bulimia for so many years, i think my body is just so confused now and has shut down and gone on strike. Lately i’ve been doing a mostly protein diet and whilst some of my bloating has gone down, the scales have not! I am at my wits end and I really need some help because i just don’t know what else to do.

I have been going to the gym for the last few years of my life – im currently 29 years old. My plan was to get ripped – although this did not happen. I was one of those guys who just done the same old exercises again and again thinking I would get bigger, I did get a bit stronger and then due to work or life, Id go off the rails for a few weeks or months sometimes and not go to the gym and the weight would pile back on. Then in between jobs I done some laboring work on a building site and I stayed consistent at 14 stone, I was eating loads everyday but my body was using it as fuel – the problem I had was 2 years ago when I got back to the 9-5 jobs and I was eating the same with less, much less activity so I gained some weight 15 1/2 stone – 217pounds. Im now getting married this September and after having several months off from the gym in the new year – In May I decided it was time to start the gym again, but I was doing the same old stuff again. Only recently, the last month or so ive taken an interest in the desire to achieve my perfect body – for the Wedding and for me. Its time in my life I want to make a change. Ive started to do research into the best foods to eat and training regimes and Joel, your work has been a key point to all of this. The hardest thing I find is the food – what to eat and when, I still work 9-5 but i gym in the mornings before work (weights) and I have started this week (yesterday) going to the gym after work again to do Cardio – usually 30mins. 15 mins HIIT Rowing and 15mins on the Cross Trainer. Im here now for the 16 week program – I want to get ripped before my 30th Birthday in December. Lets do this.

Hey guys! So you want my goals? NO! I WANT TO REACH MY GOALS!
I need to lose 30 lbs, shape and tone my muscles, get rid of unwanted weight and roundness after giving birth to my sweet kids. I want to be able to play catch with them, play soccer and dance as long as they can! I am all about my kids. I am a homeschooling mom, so all my time is spent on my kids, but I need some of my own time, time to work on my goals and to not forget about them as soon as it gets just a bit tiring. I need this special motivation and help from your side.
Thank you.

I do some AB work on the weekends along with some extra Cardio work – for the last 2 weeks I have not seen a big difference but i think this is due to my diet – I need help with this the most and new forms of exercise as well. Im committed to you for the next 16 weeks – having someone with me to help push me daily and give me the correct advice is vital. Lets Do This.

Hi. I am 172 cm tall and now weighing 75 kg after knocking off 4.5 kg since I had taken to Mike Chang’s “Six pack short cuts” some 6 months back. I would like to reach my recommended weight of 67 kg with a higher muscle percentage. I work out 4/5 days a week and largely stick to Mike’s ZWES which has helped a lot. I would like achieve / shatter the goals with blessings from you. Wondering whether your XFLD is still available at 5 USD ?!

Hi, I think this would be a great opportunity for me to achieve some great goals in 16 weeks. I have been working on improving my health and strength, becoming fitter and implementing lasting healthy nutrition habits since February this year. I am still wavering sometimes in my pursuit of healthy eating. For the 16 weeks I make it my goal to reduce my body fat by at least 30% and to increase strength and resistance by 30%. My goal is not measured in kilos, but in bodyfat, energy and strength. In terms of nutrition, I am looking to establish better eating habits that will not only support my training, but also provide me with increased energy and provide my body with all the nutrition it needs to function at its best. I want practical and clear guidelines that will turn into lifelong habits.

I’m a 46 yr old divorced mother of 3 teenagers. I had a very stressful job of 7 years and some back problems that caused me to gain a lot of weight. I would like to lose about 80 pounds so I can get back to a reasonable weight and feel good about myself again. I find myself getting winded going up a flight of steps and have trouble bending over to tie my shoes. My boyfriend and I have been going on bike rides as time and weather permits, but I feel I am holding him back with my huffing and puffing while he barely breaks a sweat. I know that once I start losing the weight, I would find motivation. My problem is finding the motivation to get started and knowing what exercises to do. Having an expert’s help and advice would be wonderful!

Hi Joel and Dan!
First off all I would like to thank Joel (and Roman) for his Xtreme Fat Loss program. I am currently on the fifth and last cycle this time around, and the results have been surprising. I’ve probably gained as much (or more) muscle mass as I’ve lost fat. Although I probably could have lost more fat, this is probably due to some lack of cardio (my fault). Other than that I’ve done everything (98%) required.
I am 195 cm tall (6’2”) and 32 years old. I started at 99kg and a 93cm waistline, and I’m currently at 99 kg and a 87 cm waistline (11-13%bodyfat), which I regard as a pretty good results in 20 days (hoping for even better numbers at the last weigh-in).
My goal was to loose 5 kgs of fat, a goal I intend to reach by Friday.

If I were to get 16 weeks of coaching from you guys I know my results would be astonishing. I do not lack motivation or dedication, but personal follow-up is a luxury I don’t have.
My new goal for this fall is to continue to loose fat (although I have to change my routine for some weeks now) and acheive a bodyfat percentage of 6-8 while still maintaining my hard earned muscle mass (not much of it – but still). I am too tall to be skinny – it doesn’t suit me :P

I know there are probably thousands of more worthy responses (I’m not getting married, I’m not physically challenged etc..) for this blog than mine, and I don’t expect anything – but if I were chosen I would give 100% percent!

Sincerely,
Olav from Norway
