I’m 29 yrs. old and I’m going to be a Father for the first time by the end of this year and I would really love to in the best shape when that little ball of sunshine shows up. I’ve given up smoking and and I try to work out when I can but my work schedule doesn’t really let me do much. I’m gonna keep pushing myself to eat the right things and do whatever I can to keep myself healthy and alive for as long as I can for my little girl. It’s probably gonna take me more than 16 weeks to get there and it’ll be a never ending battle but as long as I can be there for her, then I’ll be happy.

Hi – I’m 42, married with two daughters. I weigh 117 KILO’s. I’ve been really sick for the past 4 years after a trauma where I was attacked by a man with a knife. I withdrew inside myself and used food as a comfort. My weight has ballooned and now that I am better, it’s time to get my weight sorted. I think I posted before, but I want to get more detailed. I want to lose 50 lbs, I want to get toned and fit and lean and feel better in general and about how I feel about my looks. I want the healthy body I had before children, my quitting smoking and menopause all added those 50 lbs. So 50 lbs divided by 16 weeks is just over 3 lbs a week. I CAN DO THIS, I MUST DO THIS!!! PLEASE HELP ME DO THIS!!
I am soooooo done with turning into a flabby blob….. I don’t have that many kilo’s to lose (approx. 10 kg) but now that I am over 40 (I am 42), I see every day more hanging skin…. Bleeh! especially the upperarms, belly, inner thighs…… I am dreaming of a toned and fit body…….. I am running approx. 3 times a week and work out about twice a week…. But I need a kick in the b….t . I am 57yrs.I had lost 20 pounds 3 years back.Since then although i have done everything i was doing and more the wt.refuses to budge .Iexercise regularly at the gym bUt being a vegetarian carb restriction is a problem.i aim to break through this and loose another 20 pounds in next 16 weeks.HELLPPP!
I am signed up for the Army 10 miler in OCT. I want to run that at an 11 min mile pace. I want to lose 30 lbs by race day. I am guessing i am at least 42% body fat right now, because i have been here before, but I want to get back to 24%, and I wouldn’t mind crushing that number. I was killing in the weight room before, and I know that is where I need to return. Strength training is so empowering. I am a busy mom who home schools her four kids. One of my kids is experiencing some medical trials right now. That situation stopped me from focusing on my health for the last 8 months and now I have some ground to make up!
I have just turned 64 and I have been working on my diet and exercise and I feel ready to commit to 16 weeks of focused effort to lose 14 pounds and gain muscle, especially in my upper arms and legs. I have some old injuries and they do limit some one my exercise programs, I have managed to find ways to work around the limitations, but would love to have help in making my workouts more efficient and less stressful to the injured areas.
Hi Joel, I just turned 52, am a grandmother to 5 grandchildren, and have Alpha 1 Antitrypsin Deficiency. I have been gaining weight, as the Alpha messes with every aspect of your body, not just COPD and Emphysema. I am looking to build collagen back and lose the fat around my hips/thighs/buttocks. I would like to sculpt my arms and back a bit, as well as my legs and gluts. I need to lose 22 pounds of fat and bring that into muscle mass. I don’t want to get bulky, just define and sculpt a bit. I need to be fit and strong for the coming days. I want to be more confident if ever confronted with a physical crisis. I am tired of being tired and weak and my body out of control.

I am a single lady that weighs 109Kg in ha late Twenties(20s). Being the only girl in the midst of boys, I used to lift weights in my early stage of life such that I gained losts of muscles around my shoulder and arm.I have tried to loose my entire body fat especially my belly fat all proved abortive. I need to loose 30kg of my body fat and loose the muscles around my shoulder within this 16weeks so I can enjoy my youth,also, enjoy all the feelings that is associated with the feminine gender. Hi Joel, I am a 41 (42 on June 27th) year old male who is 5 feet 2 inches tall. I can’t believe it, but I hit the 200 pound mark on the scale about 3 weeks ago.
