What Are YOUR Goals?

Just this morning me and my good friend Josh were discussing the different types of nutrition strategies we’ve been using along with our current goals, which got me a bit curious about what it is that YOU’RE currently doing.

Are you looking to gain muscle, lose fat, both?

What are your specific goals for the next 16 weeks? How many pounds do you want to lose (or gain) in that time?

I like 16-week goals because it’s the perfect time frame to really make DRASTIC changes to your body and the way you look—aim high, and let me know your 16 week goal in the comments section below.

Then, print off this post (along with your response), and I want you to use it as a source of accountability. Here at Body Transformation Insider, we’re not just about setting goals, we’re ALL about achieving them.  Or as my buddy Dan Long says, “We don’t hit goals, we SHATTER goals!”

My goals for the next 16 weeks are to get myself into healthy habits and to lose at least 20 lbs. I am the maid of honor in one my best friends weddings and I want to look great for the wedding. I also want to change my habits and just be the best me. I know I have the ability to lose this weight and get in shape, I just need some support to get there. I have walked several half marathons and I want to continue to do so and continue to beat my previous times.

I’d like to get rid of the horrible muffins/love handles around my waist. They are not so big; but they did not exist last year. I have not changed my diet in the past year but the fact that I’m 40 years old now may have an impact on my fat storage. I don’ t like going to the gym. I have tried many different ways and I just don’t like being indoors. I like to do more walking and feel more energetic. My ideal goal is to lose 4 kgs, of fat preferablly, from my belly and look a bit more toned.

Hello so pretty much I have been an athlete my whole life. My sport of passion was and when I have time still is rowing. I have been a rower for 8 years, all thought high school and college, competing and winning on national level.

I recently finished school and am now the proud father of a beautiful one year old girl. I am also working as a sous chef for the P.F. Chang’s; I was and believe still the youngest manager in the company. I am always 100% dedicated to everything I do especially when it comes to my job and my family.

With the long hours and busy family life I have found my self putting on some new daddy weight. I noticed it and was searching all over the Internet for diet “solutions”. So, when I saw your Xtreme fat loss diet I was hesitant, but I read a lot of reviews and decided to give it a try.

After my 25 days of the diet I must say it was well worth it and I am so happy I did it. I lost 20 pounds in those 25 days. The results definitely gave me the motivation to get my body back to the way it was and let my inner athlete free again.

My goal for a 16 week training would be to train and prepare to not just do but compete in an ironman, and hopefully qualify for the world championships in Hawaii. I have done an olympic distance triathlon, which sparked my desire and turned this into a life long goal for me. With your help I would live to make this goal a thing of the past.

I am a mother of two young boys, and have struggled to regain my pre-baby body. I train my backside off 6 days per week, and work harder than anyone I know but still can’t get rid of my post baby belly! I’ve tried everything I know in terms of the nutrition, but it just hasn’t worked. Please…. I need your help and expertise! If I could just lose 5kg of body fat, it would totally change my body shape and my life. 10kg’s would be amazing, but at this point after no success, i’d be happy with 5kg. I am motivated, committed and work really hard in the gym – but i’m obviously doing something wrong. You’re a guru and I know you can make it happen for me. Please help me!

I have lost over 16kg of fat and gained lean muscles of 7months of metabolic training. I am doing the FFLW now to shed my last 8lbs of fat off my abs for clear definition (without the help of lighting ;-D). In the next 16 weeks, I would like to gain MUSCLES without throwing my hardwork away… Putting those fat on again. How can I gain more LEAN muscles and decrease bodyfat percentage down to 10%? I need wisdom, knowledge, & specific coaching on this. If u need a before and after picture, i can send it to u.

I am 35 yrs old and my weight makes me look like a 50 or 45 yr old.I want to loose 25-30 kgs in 16 wks and I want to be able to do some exercises at home.I hope this is achievable with some help from you guys.I just want to look my age.

Hello, I’m a 35 yearl old women with 5 children and overweight, for years I have tried every diet on the book but with little or no luck, my health is deteriorating every day more and more. I am also vegan so it’s a little harder to follow a diet out there that is only made for some one that consumes flesh.
I want my 16 week program to consist of a healthier diet, I want to walk away from all the junk out there only available to destroy our health and become more active and gain all my energy back by working the harder I can to get lean and strong. I want to gain control over myself and my emotions by fulfilling the goals of becoming a strong, healthier, happier person and give my family the wife and mother they deserve.

I am 62 years old, have twin 15 year old girls, I weigh 207 and my ideal weight is 168. I am going to get to my ideal weight on Christmas Day 2012. My girls will be in the 10th grade and I will be there for all of their events, sharing skiing, mountain biking and hiking. Life is GREAT!!

Reduce my body fat percentage further from 11% to 4%.
I just went from 19% to 11% the past 6 weeks from your Extreme Fat Loss Diet.

now i eat one meal .and when going to bed i eat an orrange.(i used to eat at late night .and i used to eat a lot of bread)..now i didn t eat bread or sugar for three weeks.i lost 3 cm all around my low belly .and arms..

I have a goal to loose 10 Kgs in the next 16 weeks and 25 Kgs by the end of the year. I have hypothyroidisim and it has been quite challenging for me to loose weight. I know that it is possible to loose the weight

I am working towards my second figure competition. I have 18 weeks until the show. I have the muscle and now am looking to lose 1lb body fat a week from here until October 10! I am excited to see the changes and am ready for the challenge. Thanks for all you guys do!

I was setting up a diet plan to lose 100 lbs. I don’t know if that is possible health wise in 16 weeks. I’m 47 and weigh 307 lbs. But I read Joel’s stuff all the time and an ready.

I am going to lose 25 lbs and 10% body fat. I am going to be the best shape of my life even better than when I was a former college athlete. After 3 kids and a lot of bad eating habits, I’m ready to make big changes and feel great! Anybody with me?
