What Are YOUR Goals?

Posted by Joel Marion

At random, Dan and I are going to GIVE AWAY 16-weeks of personal TWO-on-1 coaching to someone who leaves a comment below on this blog post.  All you need to do is read below and reply with your 16-week goal to be eligible.

This is WAY over $2000 value and you’re going to get your own personal nutrition coach AND your own trainer and life coach…100% FREE if you win.

Read below and respond in the comment section.

Just this morning me and my good friend Josh were discussing the different types of nutrition strategies we’ve been using along with our current goals, which got me a bit curious about what it is that YOU’RE currently doing.

Are you looking to gain muscle, lose fat, both?

What are your specific goals for the next 16 weeks? How many pounds do you want to lose (or gain) in that time?

I like 16-week goals because it’s the perfect time frame to really make DRASTIC changes to your body and the way you look—aim high, and let me know your 16 week goal in the comments section below.

Then, print off this post (along with your response), and I want you to use it as a source of accountability. Here at Body Transformation Insider, we’re not just about setting goals, we’re ALL about achieving them.  Or as my buddy Dan Long says, “We don’t hit goals, we SHATTER goals!”

Many of you are going to achieve some awesome things in the next 16 weeks—start today by posting your goal below.

(and if you can’t even *post* your goal, you might as well forget about achieving it…now is the time to step up and make it happen—together, as a community)

Talk to you in the comments section!

Joel

P.S. Get your 16-week goal in writing! Believe me, responding below is going to be HUGE for your accountability (and ultimately, your success).

Hi
I’m entering for my partner. He is 140kg and is so unhappy I think he just doesn’t know where to start. From being a fit footballer to now overweight after an operation on his shoulder he is very unhappy. He has always talked about getting back to 100kg but isn’t all that clued up on how to go about it. We want to start a family and I want him to feel good about himself and life again. I want him to live life to the full and be able to see his daughter now 14 and hoping for son get married and have kids too. I am scared without help we will lose him. Please help I am desperate I don’t know what to do. He also works away for 10 days a fortnight so another goal would be for him to look after himself And have a plan to follow while away instead of winging it!

Thanks for this opportunity guys :-)

I began working on “loving” and nourishing and careing for myself around 4 January 2012 and in the first six months I have reduced my bulk from a size 22 to a size 16. ( from 115 kgs to 91 kgs), and I seem to have “settled” there.

Prior to this my life has been bout others ( not hard when you have 7 children and are a single mother with an aging parent who needs care and love, too. ) But my children are almost all fully grown and raising families of their own and it is time for me.

In 16 weeks I would like to achieve my goal weight of 60 kilos. I want to continue to develop and enahnce my shape with exercise and lose the fat that remains. I have gained so much in health and eyars back ALREADY, I am only beginning to imagine how I will feel when I achieve these goals. it is my time and I will do whatever is necessary to achieve my goals but also to set myself up to lead the fittest, healthiest and happiest life I am able to.

I need a program to help me achieve my goals and change my life! This progam sounds like it will help me do just that. My physical goals for the next 16 weeks are to release about 10 kg of fat (note I didn’t say “lose” as I never want to find it again!), while gaining some lean mass, to finally achieve that lean athletic figure I have always desired. My mental goal for the next 16 weeks is to tame the constant battle I have with myself at night after dinner when I want to eat extra. My nutrition goals for the next 16 weeks are to continue to eat well during the day and to eat better at night, but also to determine what the best nutrition plan for me is. Here is to a great 16 weeks ahead!

Having struggled for years at school always being thought of as a wimp, and right through my 20’s and 30’s carrying more body fat than I should and not enough muscle, now is the time to do something about it. Trouble is it all just seems so complicated. I’m going to turn 40 in 6 months from now and it’s my mission to get in the best shape of my life: toned but not overdoing it, with a healthy percentage of body fat so you can actually see some definition. I’m sure working with guys like you would transform my life completely!

All the best & good luck everyone!

Justin

After having a great and chaotic three months of getting married, starting a career as a teacher and having a more serious than predicted ankle surgery, I’ve gotten a little softer than I would like. I’m 24, 6’1” and 185lbs and would like to lean out, either via fat loss, regaining lost muscle or, ideally, both! Thanks for all the great content you provide!

I’m a 51 year old, young lady who would like to prove to the world that you’re never too old to get into shape and to change your shape. In 16 weeks I would like to loose the last 10 lbs and change my shape completely proving that the 50’s are the new 40’s,and having enough energy and feel good stuff to do all the things I’ve wanted to do for the last 30 years but had neither the time, energy or inclination to do. This is the time of my life…..let me start by getting into perfect shape.

My goal is to work hard for 16 weeks with the absolute beat in the fitness industry and achieve really impressive results. My goal is to add muscle size and dramatically improve my definition through hard work and with the inspired guidance of simply the best.

I have tried working at my unattractive flab for about 2 years now and try as I might I keep loosing and regaining the weight. Now I have this beautiful dress for my mother’s wedding and when I put it on and looked myself in the mirror…. love handles beneath my arms…flapping arm skin and fat….chubby belly…and ugly knees and thighs…

In the 16 weeks towards my mothers wedding, I have made it my goal to loose the love handles, flab, fat and ugly looking skin and feel beautiful for as long as I can. At 22 years old, I haven’t felt pretty even once, nor have I ever liked myself in the mirror. This is my goal, and your help and advise can get me there faster and with much better results than I can get on my own.

I am a 58 year old man . Tall 1.83 m and weight 126 KG – within the 16 weeks , if given the change , I have set a goal to loose 20 kg and another 10 kg after that.
I want to show that with proper guidance , healthy nutrition and a good work out plan. I want to show that one is never to old to make a fresh start.

Hope you will consider my request
Thank you
Karel

Earlier this year I trained for a fun run of about 8.2 miles. I completed it in my goal time of 2 hours (actually just under by less than a minute). I was very proud of myself, since I had been training regularly about up to 6 weeks prior.
Now, I am working in a foreign country, teaching English. The desire to lose is there. My goal is to lose 35-40 kg.

Last week I motivated myself to get up early (630) and go exercise around the track. I try to do 4 miles each time, combining walking and jogging. It seems to be a good length, since I do about 1 mile in 2-3 minutes. So 4 miles is around an hour, with a catch-your-breath break, water break, etc.

I want to learn to do some exercises at home. My concern is accountability. I am not accountable to anyone but myself. I hope that with this private coaching, I will achieve the weight/fat loss goal I set and feel a lot healthier and be in better shape. Thank you!

I have a 16 week goal of losing 25 lbs of fat and continuing to restructure my body. I am trying to gain employment as a firefighter, and this change is key to my success. I am dedicated, but extra help would make my odds greater.

Need to lose @ 35-40 pounds in 16 weeks. Hope its possible. Need strength & stamina too.

I want to get the best body I can in 16 weeks, but have a hard time getting to a gym with memberships being so expensive. I’d like to lose between 10-15 pounds, lean out and get sharp muscle definition, and we all know that we want this: to look good naked. Or at least in a swim suit for when I hit the beach and pool in the later summer months. I’d like to start a program that gets me excited to work out, but hate it when I finish because it’s worked me out so hard. That’s what I want to achieve in 16 weeks.

I have been sick recently and have lost 30lbs. I need to start a program so I don’t put the weight back on but I need to firm up as well as increase my stamina.
Thanks

At 60, most men are looking to retire, play a little golf and just kick back. Last summer, I decided that was not for me. I have a lot left to do in my life and that requires the best I have to give. Last fall I lost the first twenty pounds (247–>227) and starting walking 2 hours a day. I kept it up over the winter and am ready for the big push this summer. My goal is to reach 200 pounds with 12% body fat and be in the best strength and cardiovascular shape of my life. I have had a total knee replacement and a hip resurfacing but know that I can be in the best shape ever (and I played college football). Life is meant to be played all out…it’s not a drill…and I intend go full tilt until the end. Thanks for your continued support and inspiration!!!
