Hello :)
My 16 week goal would be to lose 10 pounds, therefore, i would like to go from 70 pounds; to 60 pounds. Another goal which i would like to achieve is to make my abdominal s more toned. They are not saggy, or piled with fat, but i know i can still flatten them more; since its one my hardest trouble zones to get rid off. I work out almost everyday at 4am, and my lower abdominal s have change considerably well, however, that still have not completely toned or flattened, therefore, these are the two goals i really want to achieve :}

Thank you.

My goal is to replace 30 pounds of fat with some lean muscle and hopefully drop some i don’t need. Eventually I want to lose 60 pounds, but in 16 weeks I think 30 pounds is a more reasonable goal. I am turning 60 this year and a bit arthritic in my major joints but otherwise very healthy. I want to look good for my 60th birthday and prove to the world that one can look good, be fit, flexible, healthy, and be in shape no matter how old we are. I will do anything it takes, so I welcome you to coach me to the max! <3
My 16 week goal is to get into good enough shape to lead my football team into the finals. Injury has hampered my last few weeks so I need to really get onto my fitness as soon as possible to give myself and my team the best possible chance at a championship!
My goal is to lose 42 pounds in 16 weeks, to lose fat and gain muscle. To go from a size 16 to a size 10, hopefully this is possible. Have been trying to do this for five years without much success, I want to be as lean and fit as I can be and healthy with in increased strength and stamina.
