What Are YOUR Goals?

Just this morning me and my good friend Josh were discussing the different types of nutrition strategies we’ve been using along with our current goals, which got me a bit curious about what it is that YOU’RE currently doing.

Are you looking to gain muscle, lose fat, both?

What are your specific goals for the next 16 weeks? How many pounds do you want to lose (or gain) in that time?

I like 16-week goals because it’s the perfect time frame to really make DRASTIC changes to your body and the way you look—aim high, and let me know your 16 week goal in the comments section below.

Then, print off this post (along with your response), and I want you to use it as a source of accountability. Here at Body Transformation Insider, we’re not just about setting goals, we’re ALL about achieving them.  Or as my buddy Dan Long says, “We don’t hit goals, we SHATTER goals!”

I’m a female, 5’1 and 106 lbs. I want to GAIN muscle, lose belly fat & flatten my tummy, and tone & shape thighs and butt. 16 weeks………….I think I can make this happen! Overall, I want to look healthy, eat healthy and be healthy.

I would like to weigh 125 lbs. by my 68th birthday this year (8/5). I have gained 12 lbs. since last fall (never had such a rapid weight gain). Still trying to figure out what I did wrong. I am preparing to begin the Unleash Your Thin program by Dr. Jonny Bowden, even abstaining from wine at meals! I’ve lost 2 lbs. in the past few days and I’m taking that as a very positive start. My weight this morning was 139 lbs.

Hi I’m 17 years old and currently weigh 63kg standing at about 5 foot 8. I have recently had important exams so I was off the gym for 3 months in all, but i started back again last week :)
In the next 16 weeks I want to gain muscle mass, 5kg would be great (but more if possible) but hard but I am willing to do what it takes :) I would also like to tone up more in general and get my abs showing lowering my body fat percentage (I currently am unaware what it is) :) if I could…I mean WHEN I get abs it would give me such a confidence boost as I have never had clearly vidible and before :P :L i’m looking forward to hearing from you :)

I want to lose 20lb in fat and really tone up. I’ve been at the same slightly over weight shape for years and it’s my apathy and procrastinations that always stop me. I need to beat myself to get the body I want. These next 16 weeks will finally be the start of this and prove to me no one else I have the will power to suceed!!! Join me, start now!

I just got done cutting to 175 with your XFLD when I was up to 191. Now that I’m cut I want to put on a solid 10 pounds of muscle NOT fat!

I spend most of my time focusing on the health of others. I have a 40th birthday coming up. I would like to regain my competition form for it. This means dropping down about 15 lbs to a very lean state.

I JUST LOST 50 POUNDS, NOT BY EXERCISING, BUT SPENDING ALOT OF MY TIME IN THE BATHROOM. THAT’S THE EASIEST WAY TO GO (LOL). I GAVE UP ANY FOODS WITH CORN, SOY AND GLUTEN. I EAT ORGANIC. I’M A VEGETARIAN WHO EATS ORGANIC DIARY. SECRET INGREDIENT? RAW HONEY AND CINNAMON FIRST THING IN THE MORNING. THEN, AFTER ALL MY SUPPLEMENTS 2 HOURS AFTER BKFST., I HAVE WALNUTS, PNB, AND COCONUT OIL. FOR LUNCH, OR DINNER? I ALWAYS ADD OREGANO TO EVERYTHING, AS IT BURNS BELLY FAT. (AND OTHER SPICES WORK, TOO.)

I hope to gain a lean physique. I have started on the Pure Fat Burning Fuel diet (I’m sure I got the link to a copy on Kindle from you. ) it is going really well so far. My husband and I are both enjoying the food and can see the results already. Not only are we getting trimmer, but surprisingly, we don’t feel hungry!!!
When I started my excercise programme about 6 months ago I weighed 56 kilos. I’m now at 50 kilos, completed a 10k run in England and I’m lifting weights I never thought possible.
My real aim is to be able to do full body pulls ups!!! Oh and nice abs would be nice!!!
