What Are YOUR Goals?

Posted by Joel Marion

At random, Dan and I are going to GIVE AWAY 16-weeks of personal TWO-on-1 coaching to someone who leaves a comment below on this blog post.  All you need to do is read below and reply with your 16-week goal to be eligible.

This is WAY over $2000 value and you’re going to get your own personal nutrition coach AND your own trainer and life coach…100% FREE if you win.

Read below and respond in the comment section.

Just this morning me and my good friend Josh were discussing the different types of nutrition strategies we’ve been using along with our current goals, which got me a bit curious about what it is that YOU’RE currently doing.

Are you looking to gain muscle, lose fat, both?

What are your specific goals for the next 16 weeks? How many pounds do you want to lose (or gain) in that time?

I like 16-week goals because it’s the perfect time frame to really make DRASTIC changes to your body and the way you look—aim high, and let me know your 16 week goal in the comments section below.

Then, print off this post (along with your response), and I want you to use it as a source of accountability. Here at Body Transformation Insider, we’re not just about setting goals, we’re ALL about achieving them.  Or as my buddy Dan Long says, “We don’t hit goals, we SHATTER goals!”

Many of you are going to achieve some awesome things in the next 16 weeks—start today by posting your goal below.

(and if you can’t even *post* your goal, you might as well forget about achieving it…now is the time to step up and make it happen—together, as a community)

Talk to you in the comments section!

Joel

P.S. Get your 16-week goal in writing! Believe me, responding below is going to be HUGE for your accountability (and ultimately, your success).

First of all I am a small boned person and I am 74 years old. I weighed 90 pounds when I got married 50 years ago. Now I don’t expect to get that low again but over the years I have gained a tremendous amount of weight and I want to get it off. I weighed 191.6 pounds this morning and that is way too much. I am only 5 foot and 1/2 inches so you can see how much overweight I am. My big goal is to lose 80 pounds. In sixteen weeks I would like to lose 31 pounds, that would be 2 pounds a week. I am a retired music teacher and when I taught I was very active but I have been retired for 9 years and because of some major health problems I am no longer as active as I use to be. Jean Armstrong

I NEED to lose about 42lbs!! Over the past 15 years my weight has crept up. I am reasonably active, but the excees weight is hampering my breathing! (this in turn restricts my activity) I am soon to have a new grandchild and I want to be fitter to be able to cope!

I would love more muscle to be leaner, defined and stronger, I eat good decent food, no sugar but just need to shift that last bit of pesky post baby (4 years ago!) wobble in the middle grrrr! frustrating!

My goal is to lose 15 pounds while gaining about 5 pounds of lean gorgeous sexy muscle to fit back in my size 4 jeans! I want to run in the next 3K in my hometown and have people go “WHOA. Did you see HER?! GORGEOUS!”.

I need to lose 15 lbs by the end of the year. So far I’ve lost 6. My goal for the next 16 weeks, besides exercising, is to eat only until I don’t need anymore food.
I also want to work away from snack foods.

I would like to lose 20lbs and gain lean muscle for a sexy lean and muscular body, the way i was 6 years ago.

My goal over the next 16 weeks is to get to 17% body fat (currently at 20.4%) and be able to do 10 pull ups! :) I would also like to take 20 minutes off my half marathon time.

My goal is to compete in a bodybuilding show on Sept 29th. I’m at about 200 and 11% bf right now. Numbers to hit: 185 and 4%.

My goal is to lose 20 lbs, drop at least one pant size, gain muscle all over, be able to squat my body weight and dead lift more than my body weight and lose this irritating belly fat.

I want to lose 40 lbs in the next 16 weeks. I need to lose body fat, but not game muscle (or lose it). Over the last 2 years, I have put this weight on. I am on day 8 of the Xtreme Fat Lot Diet. The workouts are tough, but fun. Hopefully it will be the jump start to my goal.

My goal is to lose 60-80 lb. of body weight. I want my stomach to be flat. I am only 5’8.5″ in height, so I should weight no more than 165 lob.

I don’t need to lose any more weight, but I am still flabby in the wrong places. I would like to be more toned and my stomach flatter, without the ‘crease’ in the middle! I have respiratory disease so I am limited in my exercise ability (weights and exercise bike, mainly) so am looking at nutrition to shift the fat too!

My goal for the next 16 weeks is to lose at least 16 pounds, and lose at least 5% of my body fat, while building my muscle mass. I have lost 12.5 pounds in the last 37 days and almost 3% of my body fat, so I believe my goals are reasonable and do-able! My overall goal is to be below 190 pounds when next ski season starts in November, and to eventually reach 175 pounds total weight or even less.

I tried on my skinnier pants yesterday and I’m only 5 pounds out for some, 10 pounds out for others to fit into them again. I’m glad I saved them because I ams sick and tired of being fat and sluggish.

I am pleased with my overall physical fitness HOWEVER.. I reaallllly want to strip away that last layer on my abs that is the diference between having a defined center line (8 pack) and just kind of having abs. And i am trying hard to get bigger bis.

My goal is to lose fat and a lot of it because for being a short person I weigh way too much, I want to gain muscle and eat healthier than I do now

I’d like to lose, at least, 20 pounds in 16 weeks.

Well… a little positive story. I started the sixpack shortcuts program about 7 months ago and have already lost almost 30 pounds and gained a couple pounds of lean muscle and have really toned myself up. Now I wasn’t in bad shape before just was no where near as in good shape as i’ve come thus far. However my goal for the next 16 weeks in to drop another 20 lbs and reduce the extra padding from my midsection so the abs that i can see under there can show their true glory like when I was younger. I have come a long way. Anyone can do it if they really want to. Oh and I use your cheat day like it’s going out of style LOL… You rock and so does Mike from SPS
