What Are YOUR Goals?

Just this morning me and my good friend Josh were discussing the different types of nutrition strategies we’ve been using along with our current goals, which got me a bit curious about what it is that YOU’RE currently doing.

Are you looking to gain muscle, lose fat, both?

What are your specific goals for the next 16 weeks? How many pounds do you want to lose (or gain) in that time?

I like 16-week goals because it’s the perfect time frame to really make DRASTIC changes to your body and the way you look—aim high, and let me know your 16 week goal in the comments section below.

Then, print off this post (along with your response), and I want you to use it as a source of accountability. Here at Body Transformation Insider, we’re not just about setting goals, we’re ALL about achieving them.  Or as my buddy Dan Long says, “We don’t hit goals, we SHATTER goals!”

I NEED to lose 45 in the next 16 weeks! I have got to get serious. I gained 50 pounds in 2 years after quiting smoking and now its time to get rid of this ugly weight never to be seen again! My goal is 160! Then from there back down to 140!

My goal is to lose 25 lb of fat and gain 10 lb. of firm muscle in the next 16 weeks. I have been researching diets and eating plans in the last 2 weeks. I have become more disciplined as far as portion size, and reading labels of everything I eat. I’m currently following an exercise plan (12 week program) that has 3 strenght training days and 1-2 days of cardio (1 cardio day is HIIT type). I recently purchased the Extreme Fat Loss program to add to my arenal. I will succeed!

My goal is to lose my first 20 lbs. within the first 16 weeks (by October 1st). I’ve got along way to go to get from my current weight of 234 lbs. down to 131 at a height of 5′ 3.” As a diabetic, I’m learning all over on how to eat a healthy diet and make exercise as part of my lifestyle. I fight low energy level and frequent back pain.

In the next 16 weeks I am going to melt 25 lbs of fat off my body. I eat clean, train 4-6 days a week, but my stress, metabolism & sleep need serious adjusting. I will reach this goal ! The right way.

My goal to to figure out how to lose fat, not just gain muscle. My goal is to drop 40 pounds of pregnancy weight from my three lovely children. My goal is to find something that I can actually do in real life,be satisfied , and have results on the scale. Is that possible? I have been trying for years and am pretty beat up from trying and failing. But I will keep looking and won’t quit! My goal is to be successful in seeing results.

My goal is to play baseball in college. I’m going to do it by adding 15 pounds of lean muscle mass by the time summer ends. I signed up for a nutrition and workout program at my local gym which will keep me on a regiment and help me eat healthier.

Reduce my body fat percentage further from 11% to 4%.
I just went from 19% to 11% the past 6 weeks from your Extreme Fat Loss Diet.

My goal is to lose the 10 to 15 lbs. of weight that I’ve been carrying since my son was born 4 years ago. I work out hard 3 to 4 times per week, and that’s all I have time for. I know I have to start getting serious about my diet.
