What Are YOUR Goals?

Just this morning me and my good friend Josh were discussing the different types of nutrition strategies we’ve been using along with our current goals, which got me a bit curious about what it is that YOU’RE currently doing.

Are you looking to gain muscle, lose fat, both?

What are your specific goals for the next 16 weeks? How many pounds do you want to lose (or gain) in that time?

I like 16-week goals because it’s the perfect time frame to really make DRASTIC changes to your body and the way you look—aim high, and let me know your 16 week goal in the comments section below.

Then, print off this post (along with your response), and I want you to use it as a source of accountability. Here at Body Transformation Insider, we’re not just about setting goals, we’re ALL about achieving them.  Or as my buddy Dan Long says, “We don’t hit goals, we SHATTER goals!”

i’m a 55 year old female and i’m active and i work out and i’m in fairly good shape strengthwise but i’ve got 25 pounds of too much fat. i think i could lose that and gain muscle easily in 16 weeks but i find i need to be accountable to someone and i think a transformation would be perfect.

I am 5’4 and weigh around 154 pounds. I want to lose 33 pounds and gain muscles especially in my legs, core and arms. I want to become fitter and happier and just do something good for my body.

I want to be strong and noticably strong. Lean muscles, flat stomach, strong legs and toned arms. I want to lose atleast 15 pounds (so be about 146-150 pounds). I could say more, but if I can lose 15 and be noticably lean without the pooches, I would be happy. Muscle weighs more than fat, right? I want to NOT be obsessed with my body, but HAPPY with it…PROUD of my body and my accomplishments

Hello. I’m 51 years old and want to lose weight and get into a much fitter state then I am right now. I’m 173 cm and weigh 65 kg right now. I want to lose another 5 kg. I’m jogging 3 times 30 minutes now, but I want to be able to do 5 km in those 30 minutes. I’m preparing for old age, but I want it to be a fit, beautiful and healthy old age !!!

I just turned 63 and recovering from a broken foot, so I need to get into a healthy exercise program both for health but to get my left side working again. I want to do my Pilates workout at least 3 times a week and at least 10 minutes of cardio every day. I see doctor this Friday and I hope I get the green light to start exercising. It has been 2 months of TOTAL inactivity, and frankly 2 years of no exercise. But not even doing housework or washing clothes up and down stairs, has made me gain 5 lbs. So losing those would be fine, but I need exercise…I will accomplish this.

I signed up for and took on the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet, complete with workout programs about five weeks ago. Although the 25 days have come and gone, I continue with the workouts and my eating is pretty well structured to the disciplines of the program.
I’m a 65-year-old grandmother who competed as a bodybuilder at age 48. I love looking muscular and fit. I love the way I feel, the way I look and the energy and strength I have. (So does my family!)
My 16-week goal includes keeping in shape while vacationing with my kids and grandchildren during the summer for two months – now that’s going to be a challenge.
But, your program makes it a lot easier, so I’m pretty sure I’ll be able to keep things in line.

I have been following your advice for a few months now and already have dropped 30 pounds. But I’m still almost halfway finished with my weight loss goals. I want to lose an additional 30 pounds in 16 Weeks, but more importantly, I just want to give myself a rockin body for my 21st birthday in November. :)

I am recovering from a 15′ fall on an aircraft carrier at work and I am trying to get back into shape. Did triathlons prior to injuries…want to lose 8-10 lbs and gain back my muscle…recently started my taebo again…always need a push now. thx

In 16 Weeks I am making it my goal to lose 30+ lbs.
I’m only 23 and have spent my entire life watching my mother suffer from weight related back and joint pain.
I am determined her pain will not in turn become mine.
