What Are YOUR Goals?

Posted by Joel Marion

At random, Dan and I are going to GIVE AWAY 16-weeks of personal TWO-on-1 coaching to someone who leaves a comment below on this blog post.  All you need to do is read below and reply with your 16-week goal to be eligible.

This is WAY over $2000 value and you’re going to get your own personal nutrition coach AND your own trainer and life coach…100% FREE if you win.

Read below and respond in the comment section.

Just this morning me and my good friend Josh were discussing the different types of nutrition strategies we’ve been using along with our current goals, which got me a bit curious about what it is that YOU’RE currently doing.

Are you looking to gain muscle, lose fat, both?

What are your specific goals for the next 16 weeks? How many pounds do you want to lose (or gain) in that time?

I like 16-week goals because it’s the perfect time frame to really make DRASTIC changes to your body and the way you look—aim high, and let me know your 16 week goal in the comments section below.

Then, print off this post (along with your response), and I want you to use it as a source of accountability. Here at Body Transformation Insider, we’re not just about setting goals, we’re ALL about achieving them.  Or as my buddy Dan Long says, “We don’t hit goals, we SHATTER goals!”

Many of you are going to achieve some awesome things in the next 16 weeks—start today by posting your goal below.

(and if you can’t even *post* your goal, you might as well forget about achieving it…now is the time to step up and make it happen—together, as a community)

Talk to you in the comments section!

Joel

P.S. Get your 16-week goal in writing! Believe me, responding below is going to be HUGE for your accountability (and ultimately, your success).

Hi, Joel.
I am fresh here. I am 26, 5’8″ and 153lb. I want lose about 15lbs of body fat, with 24,5% now, mostly on my belly:/. Late night movie eater effect :). I also want shape and tone my body. I already do some circuit training, and have some healthy eating habits. So my goals are also portion controlling and “clean” movies.

I am 36 years old and I have found it harder to lose weight now than when I was in my 20’s. My goal is to lose 30 pounds and firm up my body.

So far I have lost 7.3 kilos by spin biking. Now I wish to drop a further 2 kilos and for that to happen I require to look more seriously at my diet. I believe I eat pretty well with no real junk food. Perhaps it is the mix I need to look at. However, the last 2 kilos in weight loss seems to be very difficult and I want to drop that within the next two months. Maximum time I have per week for aerobic conditoning is 6 hours. Once I achieve the weight goal I will then tend to want to look at reistance training to tone up.

My goal is to slim down to my prepregnancy weight and feel healthier and more energized! I am tired all the time and run 2 businesses and have no extra time. I have a beach membership to a private beach club and don’t even go because I don’t like how my belly looks! Ugh. I love all the info you put out in your emails it has helped. Thanks.

Joel,

I have been battling my damaged metabolism for the last five years. I damaged myself for several years through yo-yo dieting, turned bulimia, turned anorexia, turned over exercising. Five years ago my boyfriend turned me onto the powerful rush lifting weights gives me. In the last five years of my early 20, I went from 160 lbs, 33% body fat down to 145lbs, 19% body fat. I worked hard to pack the muscle onto my 5’4″ frame, but strive for tone and the definition of the figure competitors and fitness models. Now approaching my 25th birthday in August, I want to love my body for the first time and say goodbye to the old insecure, body dysmorphic me.

My 16 week goal is to stick to your balanced CheatYourselfThin diet program, and continue with Flavia’s Flavilicious workouts (they are killers!). By November 6th, I will be 135lbs with 15% body fat or less. I will catch myself in the mirror and be psyched at the strength and definition in my arms and legs.

Thanks for the motivation and tools,
Samantha

Hi,
I am a 40ish lady that has four grown children and one and a half grandchildren~(the 1/2??? Baby will be born the first of the new year) I am 5′ 7” and fluctuate between 160 and 165. I just lost 25 lbs a year ago and have kept it off!!! But I cannot go any further:( Hopefully this is just what I need! I am pretty active and exercise often but that has not helped much:( My body does not tolerate dairy or wheat and I struggle with digestive issues. I would like to lose at least 10 more pounds and go down at least one dress size (a 10 would be great but an 8 would be even more fabulous!) I would also like to firm up my mid section. I never could firm that “baby tummy” and not real sure that I will ever. I would also like to be rid of my saddle bags!! Another delight of child bearing that has hung around for 19 extra years. (My youngest is 19) So I am ready, excited, and motivated to start this program!!

I’d like to lose another 10 pounds. It has taken me 7 months to lose 6 pounds. It would make a bit easier to take long walks if my legs didn’t hurt.

At 38 years old, 172 cms and 86 kg, I want to drop 20 kgs. This is my (australia) winter project so that by the time summer comes, I’ll make heads SPIN on the beach.

Im 25, 180/5.9 cm/ft tall and weigh exactly 105.1/231 kg/pounds. Ive lost 18/39 kg/pounds in last three months, but still have a lot of work to do. So my vacation is over and today I started what i hope will be a wild ride of losing 30/66 kg/pounds more. In 16 weeks maybe not posible but in 24 in definitly there. So by the end of this journey ill lose more than 100 punds. So good luck to everyone and stay focused and strong.

My goal is to cut my body fat down from 30 percent to 17 percent or lower and to keep all muscle and if possible gain a few pounds of muscle. I also want to become stronger and be able to do at least one pull up without assistance and run a 7 minute and 15 minute mile.

I have no specific goal but to be healthy I’ve always been fat and unhealthy and its starting to take its toll on me physically. You do inspire me with the no nonsense way you approach things. Thankyou
