I weigh 220 pounds and have for a while now. I have tried to lose weight before and the best i can do is get down to 210 pounds and then i plateau and lose motivation to continue dieting and working out. I have read how your plan works and i think it will give me what i need to blast through my plateaus and give me the motivation to live a healthy and active lifestyle.
So i have been relatively thin for most of my life but now because of the stresses of school and my poor eating habits i have gained a lot more weight than i would like. I go to the gym everyday and it has helped a little, but nay seeing little progress for the amount of time and energy i put into it, it brings my motivation level way down. So then i binge because i feel it is hopeless, and the cycle continues. I know that if i can save my binging until the fifth day of your program, but i am not what to do and what to eat in those other days. I have been overweight for the last 5 years after gallbladder surgery. Before that, I taught step aerobics at our local gym. I am a nursing student who has gained 20 lbs this last rotation due to stress eating, not having the time to exercise and prepare healthy foods as much as I’ve wanted to. Diabetic / desperately need to lose weight

about but my wife’s health she is over 50 has high blood
pressure and is type 2 diabetic and is overweight,
I don’t know if your program would work for her or not,

Hi, I need this program for a few reasons. I am 100 lbs overweight (never thought I’d be saying that), I am diabetic and not under control right now, I need serious motivation – I give up too easily, I am always tired, I am looking for work and no matter what they say; age and appearance do matter. What I really need is someone to stand over me telling me what to do (and if they could cook my meals that would be great too! LOL) As I said before, I lose motivation easily – I order a lot of programs and never usually even read them but I plan to read this program if I am a winner. Fingers crossed!

Hi Joe, I´m a 49 yo male from Mexico. Last year I bought the Michael Geary´s Truth About Six pack Abs programm and I started to follow it from November 2011. I have had excellent results, getting leaner and loosing fat. I went down from 185 pounds to 160 in 5 months and from waist size 33 to 30. I haven´t finish this programm yet. I use a Sunday Cheat day and it has worked great, so I´m sure that your programm will be exactly what I need in order to improve my metabolism and get rid of the stubborn fat left in my body…..
I am going to be 67 years old in a month and I am doing a weight training program. I don’t use substances (drugs or alcohol) and feel good being in the best shape I can maintain.
