I am a Mom of 4 Awesome kids. They are growing up and I want to keep up with them. Coaching, skiiing, running, hiking. I want to show them by example how to eat and be healthy. This program will show me, and in turn them how to take care of their bodys now and forever. let’s have some fun together!

This is for both my wife and myself. We have raised 3 beautiful children. Now we want to do something for ourselves, namely, get back into shape after years dedicated to our family. It will also help my wife overcome her depression and subsequent weight gain.

I quite smoking 3 yrs ago and put on 45 lbs, now with menopause I just can’t seem to lose any weight. Your system sounds very interesting and I would love to experience having a trim body. I have struggled with my weight most of my life and now at 53yrs old I desperately need help to lose weight and get healthier.

What? (Gasps in shock!) You say I can lose weight while sitting on the sofa? I can have a pizza and still lose weight (tears run down face). I can be in and out of the gym and still melt away fat (connects the oxygen mask to mouth). So all my days eating cottage cheese and a lettuce leaf and spending hours in the gym with no results are over?
You guys are kidding right? There must be some catch somewhere – the theory and your research sounds perfectly plausible but could this really work on a menopausal 51 year old with the stubbornest paunch known to the modern world? After years of shakes, soups and starvation I don’t believe any promises any more. There is no quick fix and once the flab has set in it is here to stay – or you could gladly prove me wrong!

Because it sounds almost too good to be true , every word you say in these presentations is what I want to hear… and I want to try it and see if your method works :)

I am a Railway conductor who works on call 24/7 365. Having an very irregular working and sleeping pattern has caused me to gain weight that is hard to shed off. I very rarely have time to go to a gym or when I do I am just to tired from constantly being jet lagged. I used to be very active growing up played all highschool sports and was always lean. This program has some very valuable information That I wish I would have known years ago. The burning calories 24/7 also sounds awesome. This seems like something I can do and stick to and be able to have energy to do fun stuff:)

I’ve been stuck for quite some time weight wise and seem to have lost my passion for working out. I have an important event coming up early next year and would like to be in the best shape of my life as a lot of pictures will be taken etc. I need to get my engine roaring fast and start burning fat 24/7 to meet my deadline! The 24/7 system seems to be what I need right here and now to break this plateau and push through to my goal… Please help!

I am not going to lie to you and say I’m extremely overweight, but I do have areas of fat,especially around the back that don’t seem to go away. It’s come to the point where I don’t know what to do anymore. I’m in the last year of school and my parents think I’m skinny (although I’m clearly not) so there’s no way they would ever buy any supplements. All my friends laugh at me and my parents refuse to buy a gym membership, citing it as a waste of time. Thus the only excersise I get is from doing home workouts. If you feel other people need help more than me I understand and kindly give you my regards JM :)

As I age every lb. I gain is always in my belly area. The bigger my stomach is the more my back and knees hurt. I’ve tried several programs and none have worked for me. I’m ready to try yours.
