I am 60 years old and have been exercising for many years. I've also been eating "clean" for the most part. The "Eat Your Way Thin" program would be great for me because at my age, it's very difficult to lose even a few pounds. Although I am very fit and healthy, I still have some areas I would like to get rid of and can't seem to get to that point. I know that exercise is not the problem because I do that six days a week. I don't want to have a complicated eating system that makes me waste time thinking and counting. I want a lifestyle eating system that I can continue for life and enjoy it. I don't want the guilt of cheating once in a while, nor the pressure of not being able to enjoy meals that I really like, at least once in a while. I would love to get a free copy of this system! Thanks.

This program would be ideak for me. I have tried many programs but my body is stuck and hasn't moved in months. I am at the grym minimum 4 times a week, do not eat fried food, or junk food. I've recently quit smoking (Mar.1) Two years ago I went in for 3 abdominal surgeries, had a mini stroke and tore all the tendons in my foot. Recovery was long. My weight was 9olbs. but after living on lots of drugs and being sedentary I ballooned and haven't been ablee to drop it. It is not a pleasant feeling.

Joel,
I think your program would be a perfect fit for me. I am 5 ft. 10, and weigh 215 lbs. I'd like to get back down to 170-175, but I don't seem to make much progress these days.

I've read your information, and I think your program would work well for me because I wouldn't be starving myself from all the typically 'bad' foods ... but instead learning how to enjoy them in moderation.

When I start to gain weight, as I am now, I get depressed, lethargic and exhausted. And then I start to binge on whatever is in the house, because I have been 'dieting'. If I could break this cycle of dieting/depriving and then going on a binge afterwards, I think I achieve success with my weight.

I am so upset with how I look, I don't bother to look in mirrors or windows when I pass by, because I don't want to see the reflection. Thanks for your consideration.

I would love to win a copy of your Cheat Your Way Thin. I've had a hip replacement done a couple of years ago and I really need to get this excess weight off so that I won't have to do this surgery again any time soon! I've tried everything including weight watchers etc., and can't seem to KEEP the weight off. It always seems to keep finding it's way back! I've been keeping a very close eye on this program and can't wait to start it! Thanks for all of your hard work!

I am withdrawing the request for me. I suddenly realized how selfish this was.

My brother is married to a wonderful lady. On their very first date, they were involved in an accident which involved the 3rd story porch on which they were standing collasping. She spent much time in the hospital and 2 years in physical therapy. She teaches special ed to a class room that spans 2nd - 6th graders. While she is able to walk, she still experiances pain on a continual basis, but never lets on.

They have been trying to have a baby for the past 5 years, each time she has conceived, she has lost the baby. She is probably 100 pounds overweight.

I know you said no money stuff, but in this terrible economy they have decided to pay for our entire family, mom, dad, sis, husbands, all of our children to spend a week at Disney World, so they may enjoy our children. I would like to give her something in return.

Thank you

I have lost and gained over 1,000 pounds in my lifetime with various programs. I am now up over 50 pounds and will soon be up over 100 pounds if I don't do something soon. As I get heavier, my metabolism slows and my emotional eating accellerates, which causes weight gain to accellerate. I can also go 12 hour without eating with no problem. CHEATING is my Enemy! Once I start Cheating, I go into a cycle of good eating and bad eating. And, then there's the holidays. One holiday can lead to weeks of bad eating (my wife fills the house up with bad food every time we have a party). So, if you can show me how to CHEAT STRATEGICALLY and eat ice cream and cake as part of a strategy for lifetime fitness, you will have accomplished for me something that no one else has been able to help me with before. If this works, I will help you market this program and make money with and for you.

I am a compulsive eater. There are no two ways about it. I have tried desperatly to keep junk out of my home, but my 'lack of' support system feels that they should not have to suffer for my 'lack of will power'. A bag of chips, a tub of ice cream, a box of candy could stay in the house for years if it were unopened. The second it opens, I have to finish it.

Regardless of how much I exercise, I am fighting the middle age hormone. I am have only about 10 pounds to go, the same 10 that I have been fighting since baby #2 was born 13 years ago.

After baby #1, I lost a lot of weight and felt like my bones were going to shatter. I knew I wasn't healthy, but those are the pictures that my husband keeps pulling out about how great I could look. There are alot of people out there that probably NEED this more than I do, but I am suddenly not able to keep up with my family and aches and pains are starting to creep in, I fear due to the added weight.

With no support at home, I am hoping for support here.

Thank you

Dear Sir
I am in Saudi Arabia. The twitter and tinyurl sites are being blocked. Unfortunetaly, I want to take part in the FREE COPY deal, but no chance for me. Many exercise sites are being blocked here. What pity,k underneath the black abaya we HAVE to wear is a very active body that loves exercising!
Thanks for the sites I can explore!

As a 38-year old male who has had a good deal of personal hardships over the last few years, I can say that physical health plays such an integral role in how one deals with it. What I've been through isn't really important; the fact that I've been able to overcome it is. When life was at its lowest point, I took strength in the fact that I was able to maintain my fitness. It gave me a sense of strength and the gym became a harbor in the tempest. Unfortunately, in the last year, I've lost my focus. The 15 pounds that I've added to my frame is an indication to me that I've been slipping away, inch by inch. Since everything seems to emanate from how I feel physically, the other facets of my life have been increasingly harder to manage. I need something to help me rediscover my focus. That's where your program comes in. I'd like to get my life back on track and continue to persevere through adversity.
