Hi Joel,
i dont mean to sound negative with this reply, however you must understand that I have tried almost every diet and plan(scam) out there. I have spent WAY to much money on plans and books here and there only to read through it and get all the info I already know and nothing about what they are advertising. Personal coaching always turns out to be some no name behind the celebrities persona replying with generic info. However when I came across your site and see the personal dedication you put into it with your videos and reports i know this is something I can get behind and make work for me. From what i have read in your reports i also know that this is something worth getting behind. i know you said no financial stuff but the bottom line for me is all these OTHER SCAMS have made me to sceptical and I swore off buying more and more programs just to be dissapointed and unmotivated. So if you truly want to help someone with this program that you know to work, than help me and prove it to me it really does work and i'll prove it to you YOU'RE RIGHT!!!

Hi Joel

i live in Barcelona, Spain. So, sorry for my plain english.

Since i was 18 years old, i,ve been training with barbells and heavy weights.I am too food friendly , and as a good north Spain people, i love sweets so far. It was not quite a problem ...till i was 40 years old. Now, my joints hurts and my training out has to be lighter, my methabolism dropped down and i tend to save fat around my bell.Yes, i know it´s " a law of the nature".Anyway, now that Sweet years faded is when i turn my head and remember that the most important matter that drove my fat loss was nutrition.

By reading your updates, i noticed that it should be possible controlling nature to make it works for you.I learned that nutrition ought turn into a perfect tool to achieve what nature denies mature people...yes, perhaps learning the correct lessons, we may not only recall, but enjoy, the body we used to enjoy when we was studying at the university.

To be in your 20's means to have fun and enjoy lifes many flavors without having to worry about the damage you are doing to your body... That's not just very wrong to think, it's also a big fat lie. I am 26 years old and ever since I can remember, well, I have been as you may call it "husky". Yeap, that meant that since my early hischool years I have been jumping from diet to diet, from sports to gyms, trying to find that special mix that would allow me to finally see myself thin and healthy. Not long a go, I looked at this method and realized something: this is NOT a diet, this could REALLY work! I decided to try those tips you gave at a friends party and... I did it! I feel that with a good exercise routine (one that you actually enjoy like climbing, swiming and any other sport) and a good meal plan, I will finally reach my goal! Right now I am at 198 lbs, and my goal is to go down to 175 lbs. I have been following some other tips with my training and diet, and have maneged to loose 8 lbs in two months. With your program I KNOW I can finish this, AND get to stay that way, thanks to the fact that my eating style will have changed!

Hi Joel,
I have been kinda big from my teenage years through today at 50 (51 in Jan). I have a personal trainer and have gone down from 335 to 270, but I cannot stop eating the stuff my trainer tells me not to. I am from the old school, you know, clean your plate or you get the some kid in Africa is starving speech. So even as an adult I clean my plate like my mom told me to. I just see food and want to eat it. My trainer is great because who knows what size I would be if I didnt work out, but I have been at this weight for 2 months now and I know its gotta be the food. I eat way too much, so I was thinking that if I know I have a cheat day, that I might be able to stay on track the other days and with a whole system I wont have to figure out what to eat or if I can even eat the foods I choose.
I own my on company so I am busy a lot and will have a ton of business holiday parties to attend. Please help me get through this time of year so that I will be lighter at 51 than I am at 50 years old.

Hi Joel....I'm a personal trainer and work with mostly the obese population. What you are writing about with different hormone levels such as leptin is something I learned about in colllege (BA Sport & Exercise Science), but was not something expounded upon. I would really love to read your book and learn more about what you are teaching so that I could in turn recommend your program to my clients. I really believe that they would greatly benefit from the principles you are proposing, and that's really what it's all about.....getting people healthy so they can live a lot longer....

Well, I have been thin my whole life and was able to eat what I wanted when I wanted and stayed 120 lbs max. Then I turned 50 and everything shut down. I am now 195 lbs at 5'4" age 53. I made a few attempts at "dieting", but when you have been eating "off limit" foods the past 45 years, it's a hard habit to break. It would be nice to learn how to eat healthy. My husband, who is also overweight by about 80 lbs, is of no help at all. As a matter of fact his doctor has told him that he needs to lose at least 50 lbs because if the diabetes and cholesterol. So I think that your product will be perfect for my specific challenge to eating better.

My sister, who I haven't seen since March is coming back this Christmas and I would love to show off my 1 month progress from Cheat Your Way Thin.

Thanks for inventing this,
Sandra

Hey Joel,

I'm a 30 yr old woman and since my early 20's my weight has been cycling up and down like a yo-yo! My weight has peaked at around 230 lbs, but for the last few years its been hovering between 170-190...I am about 185 lbs. at the moment. I'm pretty active outdoors and I work out at least 4x/weekly (sometimes even with a trainer) but I still haven't been able to blast through this 170 lb. plateau, and I get discouraged and usually end up gain most of the weight back.... I do admit most of my problem is a weakness for sweets, so if there is a system that works to "get away" with enjoying them on occasion without the guilt, I'm aboard! I am also in school to be a Nurse Practictioner, and as such, I would really like to one day be a representation of ideal physical health. Also, being in grad school and working makes my schedule really crazier than its ever been, and having an already done for me plan would be spectacular! The "icing on the cake" if you will...

Hi Joel,
I am a morbidly obese 58 years old woman who has tried every diet on the planet. I am currently on a program called Thin & Healthy but have not been able to shed any weight, probably because I haven't been able to follow the diet precisely. I have osteoarthritis in my knees and lymphedema in my lower legs both which make it very hard to exercise. I am also on 8 different medications for high blood pressure, cholestrol and many other medical problems. Part of my problem is that I am insulin resistant so everything I eat turns into sugar then fat. I have read your updates and feel that this might actually work because I would be able to cheat at least 1 day a week. I'm afraid that if I don't do something soon and succeed I may be this way for the rest of my life and I would really like to be around so I can play with my grandkids. I find your articles really informative and your plan something I can do.

Hi,

I need this because i've been tryin to six packs for like the last 2 years, and haven't been very successful at it, specially by not being able to resist the temptation of eating stuff that will prevent me from reachin my goals even though i thought i could eat watever i feel like, and later on exercise to lose that fat, but even though i exercise and everything i still wasn't able to get my body fat low enough to see my abs, i'm bascially givin up on it now. That's why If i can find a way to reach my goal i'll be very happy, and i think this program can help get those abs.

Just wanted to say that this 'diet' looks extremely interesting. I've tried so many diets, supplements, etc over the years and nothing has really proven to me a way to keep it all off once I lose it! I'm hoping that this is the right plan for me. I don't need to lose alot, but just tone up a bit. I recently had a bit of a scare health wise and my doctor suggested losing that 15 pounds would help me. I'm generally in good health, but need a way to be able to eat some of the foods I love - I now eat Veggie Chips instead of potato chips and I must say I find them better.

Hopefully with the plan and knowledge that you have worked hard to provide us, I'll be able to cheat a day or a snack time and still see the results I want.
