Thanks for your posting. I would also love to opinion that the very first thing you will need to carry out is determine whether you really need credit improvement. To do that you have got to get your hands on a copy of your credit profile. That should never be difficult, because government mandates that you are allowed to get one free of charge copy of your real credit report on a yearly basis. You just have to request the right persons. You can either find out from the website for that Federal Trade Commission or even contact one of the leading credit agencies right away.

I don't need to lose a lot of weight. I'm 76 years old; 5'10"; 178 lbs. The problem - I was 200 lbs 3 years ago. Went on South Beach, lost @ 15 lbs; began regular exercise and lost the rest slowly. But, I'm tired of not eating things I like. For 2 years I can't budge below 178 and lose the belly fat. I don't drink alcohol - not a beer belly. I have no hollow when I draw in my gut and could give up about 2" on my waist. Your program sounded like a breath of fresh air.

It's nice to hear people talking about eating food instead of protein, carbs and fat.

Sad to say, the biggest component of BBQ is salt and sugar, and lots of it ! My sauce that I make for contests has natural sugars to it. No high Frutose sugar. (besides, I wouldn't know where to buy it if i could !) So, to answer your question, yes, my sauce has a lot of sugar to it, but not as much as other sauces.

What I really like to do, on a day that's not a cheat day, is to get some pork tenderloins from Sam's. I trim off the fat. The tenderloin is pretty lean after that (check nutritional value, i don't have it with me) sprinkle a bit of chili powder, some pepper, and a bit of garlic powder, all to taste. put on a medium heat grill, with chunk or two of hickory and cook it to 150. take it off the cooker, wrap in foil and sit it on the counter for 10 minutes. This may not be the best BBQ diet food, but it is as close to one as i can find.

I have to admit, I'm not as hardcore as 95% of you all on this website, but back in the day when i was, I always got creative on healthy food, so as to stomach it day in and day out. Ironically, this helped me with BBQ later on.

Joel,
Nice article.I am cutting off a lot of the emails I get about health and fitness. A lot of selling and leading people back and forth to each others site. But yours are not quite so blatant about it. Thanks, I like ribs also, grew up in Memphis(BBQ capital of the world)
