		<description>Just finished reading Xtreme Fat Loss Diet.  It is a good combination of several different plans I have tried.  The mixing should give some great results.
I have one question on the calculations for the diet.  Do you calculate how much to have based on the starting lean muscle ? or is this recalculated each cycle after you weigh in on cheat day?</description>

I have purchased your new xtreme diet program and it looks awesome , I cant wait to start.I have found what may be a clerical error though.In the diet manual on day 3 the shake day we are told to have p+c for the first 3 shakes and p+f for the last 2, however in the summary of that section it says have p+c for the first 2 meals and p+f for the last 3, I realise this is a ery small detail and may not make much difference in the grand scheme of things but I would like to know which is the correct way?

Also I have a question regarding the shake day, is it better to use a pure whey isolate powder or is one with a few different blends of protein better or does it matter?

		<description>What can Rocky IV teach you was my choice for best, I just took over a High School Football Program this year that has gone 0-20 the past two years.  Motivation is what drove me and this young team to the playoffs.  Chats the past 2 years of you suck from the opposing fans was motivation to get revenge.  I am 50 years old and have dropped from 330 pounds to 280 and have been working out in the gym 6 days a week, I have my guys lifting heavy and together we are striving to get bigger and stronger and better.  My whole coaching staff of 11 guys some of us out of shape and fat are committed to getting in better shape.  I reach as much of your stuff as I can and every motivational tip I can get to use on myself and my kids just help to reinforce what it takes to get to the next level.  I will continue to inhale every bit of information you post and share it with everyone of my guys.  thanks for all you do, keep it up, there are those of us out here who really need your advice and support.</description>

     Also want to make a comment on your best post of the month.  My favourite had to be Are body-fat scales Useless.  I&#039;ve had one for over a year and had the same problems with readings being all over the place.  Your information helped me realize what was going on and how to get the most accurate readings.  Thanks for everything.</description>
