Hi Joel

I have purchased your new xtreme diet program and it looks awesome , I cant wait to start.I have found what may be a clerical error though.In the diet manual on day 3 the shake day we are told to have p+c for the first 3 shakes and p+f for the last 2, however in the summary of that section it says have p+c for the first 2 meals and p+f for the last 3, I realise this is a ery small detail and may not make much difference in the grand scheme of things but I would like to know which is the correct way?

Also I have a question regarding the shake day, is it better to use a pure whey isolate powder or is one with a few different blends of protein better or does it matter?

Just finished reading Xtreme Fat Loss Diet. It is a good combination of several different plans I have tried. The mixing should give some great results.
I have one question on the calculations for the diet. Do you calculate how much to have based on the starting lean muscle ? or is this recalculated each cycle after you weigh in on cheat day?
